Exercise if you can, even a walk, if only for 5 or 10 minutes, try
and push yourself. Bananas for
potassium, a good mutli-vitamin, maybe Melatonin and/or Valerian Root at night to help with sleep. Long, hot baths will help with muscle pain and you can add some Epsom salts to help as well.
