Hi Thomas , then there just spots, we all get them as we grow older, theres not much you can do about them but just live with, but as a help you copuld just cut back on fattie foods try eating more fruit and veg, cut out any fizzy drinks, sweets, cakes, and biscuits, take fast foods and junk foods out of your life, yes boring but it will clean your system out, try taking some cayenne, I take it mixed in tomato paste thinned down with olive oil to a heat that suits you, try taken 3 small spoonful
