You are doing what so many people have done and most have had the same sad result – no weight
loss. Sometimes, they have even gained more
weight. Please know that exercise is not the main contributor to weight loss. In fact, exercise is more likely to make you hungry (hence the phrase ‘to work up an appetite’) so that you may end up eating more and thus gaining more weight.
The way you describe your eating behavior makes me wonder if you have an eating disorder, such as bulimia.
