If you eat a lot of sugar or items with white flour, such as candies, cookies, sodas, chips, white
bread, etc, you will have a hard time losing weight, especially if you don't get enough exercise.
The fact that you are overweight AND eating this type of food increases the possibility of type II diabetes, high blood pressure, heart issues, stroke and any number of other health issues.
So -- you can do what I did, which took a while, but I'm getting better.
