I had ear infection 14 months ago which was treated with ciprodex.
treated with CiproDex otic solution,no response, another round of CiproDex this time combined with Azithromycin. Left eyelid started twitching few days after ear infection/CiproDex treatment. Gradually, I started having tingling in my legs. Also had three panic attacks with heart beat +180 bpm. diagnosed with borderline hyperthyroidism (TSH 0.32 and FT4 24) and all symptoms were attributed to thyroid problem. The thyroid is back to normal now without any thyroid meds.
I have had for the last 5 months, fluid leaking from ear, A thick yellow sometimes clear puss like fluid, Cause? Infection, I was prescribed ciprodex a week ago, Im suppose to take it for 14 days and then get surgery to patch a hole in my left ear.
The fluid is still leaking, all the time, How can the medication work if my ears wont stay dry? The fluid is probably blocking the medication from actually working.
I just had tubes put in both ears 6 days ago. I got the flu and had both ears infected. The pressure and pain is gone, but now I'm talks by ina tunnel and my hearing is diminished. I think I'm draining, because when I use my ciprodex drops...I swear I taste it in the back of my throat. How lucky big is this gonna last? Will my hearing go back to normal? Will the tunnel in my head stop?
Hey! So this all started about two months ago when I decided it would be a good idea to self-irrigate my ear after experiencing a lot of wax. I got a syringe and some warm water and just started blasting into my right ear canal. It didn't end up being successful as the wax never actually did come out, but I then started having earaches that have never fully healed. I've been to the doctor 4 times since then.
Hey all, i had gonorrhea and got ciprodex and doxy. I noticed that my sperm is really watery and see-thru and my balls warms since then. Is it normal? Any chance i still have the gonorreah/some other infection?

ciprodex,ofloxacin,elatrolet,toviaz,spasmex,sedural,sodium bi carbonate . Non of these drugs helped my or eased my symptoms. In addition, I went through 10 acupuncture sessions without any improvement. Drinking ample amounts of water, parsley tea and cranberry juice showed no change as well. Nothing seems to help. I don't know how to carry on from this point on, my quality of life has been impaired to a point where I can no longer recall the feeling of being well.
t able to see my eardrum because there was so much drainage. He put me on Ciprodex. Here I am, 5 days after all of this started, and my ear is still plugged!!! I don't expect miracles, but I was hoping the new drop would do something. I can't hear out of my ear, I keep getting shooting pains, it is beyond uncomfortable when my 15 month old screams, and I'm tired of this!!!
At this point it feels like my ear is plugged, not need to pop. Is there anything I can do to unplug my ear???
I've recently been diagnosed with Graves. Unfortunately I don't have insurance and can't afford it. I'm stuck with a doctor whom I don't feel has my best interest at heart. My last visit with my PA (who pointed out concerns that prompted testing) I was told my levels were low, the same day, saw my endo doc and she tells me (from same lab results, that my levels were normal) and immediately suggested removal as soon as possible.
Ent relented and gave me Ciprodex ear drops. Began using 3 daya ago, they seem to help, especially first 2days, but the antibiotics I was on at the time, the prescribed term to use them was up! Now the drops don't seem as effective??? In the interim saw my family doctor, she looked in both ears, said the one ear, ear dum is clear, like saran wrap, the ear that I'm having the problem with, she said looks pink and thicker, she didn't seem to have an answer!!! Any ideas???
Although I am a fan of alternative medicine and follow that route whenever possible, there are times when the best treatment is traditional. If you have a hole or tear in your vagina, obviously it must be looked at by a specialist and the damage surgically repaired.
I have put myself on an alternative cocktail of 5cc of monolaurin 3 times a day(has been found to kill the hepc virus), Bio Fibrin 2x a day(helps dissolve those tough cell walls) selenium 400 mg daily(stops virus from reproducing, alpha lipoic acid 600mg daily(helps us get energy from our cells), b complex because the alpha lipoic can deplete vit b and 3,000mg vit c and 2000 mg milk thistle(regenerates liver tissue). I don't yet know if this will work.
Its funny because so many fibromyalgia patients are on Lyrica only, but many of the Fibro/CFS experts are recommending supplements and/or other treatments.
