Returned after the 2 weeks and the latest urine analysis showed no infection but still some blood in the urine. Doctor felt it could be a kidney cyst, kidney stones or prostatitis. My question is surrounding my initial diagnosis.

I looked up ureaplasma and mycoplasma as common causes of urethritis and prostatitis, but the doctor told me that cipro would have killed those bacterias, especially 34 days of cipro.
