I started having cravings again and broke down and paid for a re fill. That first pill worked fast and really helped with any cravings. I will take it as needed for however long and try to always have some on hand.

Yes, alcohol abuse can cause your hands/palms to become red. It is due to lack of vitamins. No - you can't just take a supplement and keep on drinking and have it go away so don't be thinking that. You can take a supplement but you are just negating it if you keep on boozing. Taking chantix while consuming the amount of alcohol you do is dangerous!!! Did you honestly tell your doctor how much booze you were drinkin'???? Doubt it.

Good question though. Do look into Chantix and Alcohol as a starting place...what you would do if you wanted to try it for alcohol or aome other substance is tell the Dr. you also smoke and want toi quit that too. That way he has a basis for writing the script....

m happy to hear that you put them down again, and yes, the craving can get to you, and you cannot beat yourself up but you might want to finish your chantix and then buy another and wean off them. I used Chantix and while taking them for a period of time I found that they really helped...no craves at all, I also realized that once I stopped, I had to deal with w/d, physical and emotional and that's when whyquit really helped me.

I also had another bad reaction with Chantix on my last smoking day before my quit date. There was no warning about the dangers of consuming alcohol and Chantix but there should be. After this happened to me I found out I'm not the only one this happened to. -- I took my night time dose of Chantix and went out to a club with friends since it was my last day of smoking.

my wife is taking chantix to stop smoking and when she finishes the first month of chantix can she then take welbutrin as it is not as strong. The chantix is giving her bad dreams.

There is a medicine i take for my ciggy habbit. it is called Chantix and it is SUPER effective to quit smoking just kinda expensive. it sounds like you smoking isn't a prob for u though if u can get on and off of it like that. Just find out why it is you like to smoke. stress orbecause u just like it? then solve that problem.

There is not likely to be a significant risk from combining a low dose of Wellbutrin with moderate drinking. It sounds like you had a bad reaction to the alcohol, and having drank some more, you started to experience it briefly. Try not drinking for a few days and see if this goes away. Green stool means it passed too quickly thru your system. Also, re-hydrate after vomiting and diarrhea, by drinking water, orange juice, and Gatorade plus you can eat bananas to replenish your electrolytes.

I dont think anyone should ever drink knowingly pregnant u just cant be sure (im not talking about ppl drinking before they know) ur body is not just urs anymore and drinking while bfing u can do but pumping and dumping does not get rid of the alcohol any faster u have a time frame that u cant feed baby in depending on ur alcohol intake
