My husband had a CABG x 4 in Oct 09 and was diagnosed with Diabetes Type 2 at this time. We came home and did everything right with rehab, diet, accu checks, meds. He had a heart attack July 12th and we have not been told to see the surgeon. All the cardiologists just say they have no idea what went wrong . He had a heart cath and all arteries were reblocked. At this time 2 stents were put in.
PMA and ionomycin induced the expression of IL-21, and IL-21 was mainly produced by CD4(+); T cells, but IL-17A(+) IL-21(+) CD4(+) T cells were not detected. The frequencies of IL-21(+) CD4(+) T cells in the patients of acute hepatitis B and chronic asymptomatic HBV carriers were higher than in healthy controls and severe chronic hepatitis B patients; there were no remarkable differences in the proportion of Th17 cells among the different groups of patients.
Has anyone on here been to or known anyone that has been to Haven House Rehab Center in Oxford, MS??? I will be going in a couple of days and just curious if anyone has an opinion on it.
Also, to all the women.... I haven't had a period since jan 19. The only other times I have skipped, I was pregnant but I have taken 2 tests and they were both negative. Can withdrawals from lortab cause you to miss a cycle for 2 months? Has anyone else experienced this as a side effect of detox and relapse?
I was in rehab for the first time in March. Was only there for 2 weeks because I found out I was pregnant about a week into treatment. They tested me when I got there but the results didn't come back until 7 days into treatment. I was already out of detox. So I chose to stay clean and not get back on anything. They wanted to put me back on methadone which is what they used to wean me off the oxy contin.
Watching Heidi Fleiss was really sad.. I saw her on celebrity rehab where she retreated to the desert with a bunch of parrots! It was so sad bc you could see how much pain she was in.
Dennis Rodman was like watching a train about to fly off the tracks.. He kinda had the "im not an addict" mentality even while in rehab!
I KNEW Kim Richards was on pills and stuff... You could just tell. She went to rehab and looks like she's doing GREAT now!!

The serum levels of IL-23 and IL-17 were detected by ELISA. The predictive value of baseline and early on-treatment changes in the levels of IL-23 and IL-17 for therapeutic response were evaluated by receiver-operating characteristic analysis. Multivariate logistic regression models were generated to identify independent factors that affect the clearance of hepatitis B e antigen (HBeAg) and the decline in hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg).
The results showed that both Pam3csk4-triggered IL-12p40 mRNA expression and IL-12 production in PMA-differentiated THP-1 macrophage were inhibited by HBsAg in a dose-dependent manner, but the production of IL-1β, IL-6, IL-8, IL-10, and TNF-α was not influenced. The Pam3csk4-induced activation of NF-κB and MAPK signaling were further examined.
After my husband was out of the inpatient rehab center he was sent to a HealthSouth Out Patient center. They were wonderful. They worked with my husband three days a week (speech, occupational and physical) and he has improved considerably. The outpatient therapy lasted about 2 months and now my husband is basically doing everything himself. Only thing I have to do is remind him to take his pills.
She finally admitted that she was hooked and needed help. We got her into a rehab center to hopefully get off them, so we can save our marriage. It is just as hard on me with her not being here becasue she is my best friend and we had our routine of drinking coffee and talking about anything that we want, and it was so depressing to wake up and not see my best friend laying next to me. I was wondering what it is like in rehab.
