Physical exercise is a continuous procedure and you would need to have a proper diet chart of around 1500 to 1800 calories
per day chiefly constituting proteins, complex
carbohydrates and vitamins and minerals. Discuss with a dietician in detail.
Go for cardio for a period of 45 minutes to 60 minutes regularly as in jogging, running, skipping, swimming, at least 6 times a week and with time you will cut down your weight.
