I can get gas in strange places in my body. I know it is gas because when i hit my side or pound on my back i can create a burp. the gas is very painful and can travel through my body to different parts causing very strange symptoms. I can create a burp within a few seconds by hitting my back with my hand ( like burping a baby) The gas can be in my side, middle of my back, hips, etc,, sometimes it feels like my lungs hurt but i can tell it is gas.
Hello guys. I have been suffering from PATM for 6 years now. I always notice people around me coughing, sneezing, scratching their nose, eyes and skin. I'm starting to believe that PATM is caused by some gas in our body. Recently I've been feeling like something is coming out of my skin and then I start scratching it.. Anyone else go through this?
I am 12 weeks along and the back pain is getting to me. Doctor said it's normal but I'm not even big yet. I fear it will only get worse as time goes on. Getting a body pillow this weekend. Any suggestions of pillows, stretches anything to help?
s strange cause I feel it in my back. Mostly after eating dinner. The only way I can describe the pain is burning gas in my back.
Anybody have similar symptoms? My mother seems to think its stress but I don't see the link. I am a 34 year old female. 5'9" 150lbs.

It could also be gas. Sounds weird but gas can manifest itself anywhere in your body.
It may well be that you THINK the sounds are coming from your right shoulder but the kinds of sounds you describe are much more likely to be associated with gas in the stomach and intestines, some of which being able to come back into your throat and mouth.....remember...burps are noisy too....

Dale, gas can get 'caught' in a couple of places in the GI tract like the hepatic flexure and the splenic flexure and cause a lot of discomfort. The ecum is held in place with a number of ligaments and those tissues and the surrounding peritoneum (connective tissue 'bag') can become 'tight' when someone has inflammation within the body. It can 'torque' the organs that are held or surround those organs into structually 'undesirable' positions.

They may sell them at the same place they sell the Primal Defense Ultra capsules. Ask them. If they don't, don't worry. Most drug stores carry it. (Ask the pharmacist where it is) Now, you really shouldn't take it if your on medication because it will absorb your meds. But you can take it while on the probiotic, PDU.
Sorry, I cannot help, but I can tell you that I am a 70 yr. old woman with no gallbladder and have the same problem. It started a long time after I had the gallbladder removed, so it's hard for me to think they are related. I sometimes got these pains in the lower back, but did not see any other signs that may have been the kidneys - now I experience it in my right groin and a bit into the leg. The pain causes me to limp at times.
A week ago I spent the night with a guy I met recently. While playing around he began putting what seemed his finger inside my bottom. I have never bottomed and do not enjoy anything in there so I moved his finger out really quickly and as soon as I felt the tip of his finger. i had those same issues with body odor, but i found that when i cut milk out my diet it when away,i always had gas from drinking milk,but didnt know it was causing the body odor,i tried those same pills also, even nullo, which did work, plus zinc and magnesiam, but my issue turned out to be milk, i didnt have it for a week and my smell was fine, then i had a coffee with half and half, and the smell came back so strong.
So, are you sure it's gas in the back? Are you speaking of above or around your hip bone? Sure it's not your kidney? Or do you mean you just have gas as in tooting rather than belching? LOL I'm just trying to understand. So, the obvious thing to begin doing is to start cleaning up that diet. That's a no brainer. My son has had all sorts of digestive issues and he has found two things really help. First, he is taking probiotics.
i felt a kick or something high up by my ribs and at the same time I felt a sharp pain in my vagina really close to the outside, I've also been getting these gas like feelings in my lower abdomen anyone get these sharp pains?
Does anyone know the reason(s) for constantly trapped gas in the diaphragm area that also radiates to the back between shoulder blades? My husband was once told that he has gastritis. He has taken Nexium over the years. He also has taken Prilosec OTC which was recommended by his physician. But, now it seems that no matter what he does he continually has gas pain and discomfort.
