I am on medication Monteluckast-10mg once daily, Fexofenadine-180mg once daily, Budamate rotacaps-400mg twice daily and Nasal Spray- Azelastine and FLuticasone. I have chest pain in the right side of my chest, it is like piercing something from inside and tightness in the upper part of the chest.
Having IgE value- 498
In Chest X-Ray the report is:
1. Increased vascularity is noted in the left parahilarand right paracardiac area.
2.No evidence of filtration.

Allegra, zyrtec, claritin, flonase, ipratropium, ranitidine, azelastine, prednisone, azelastine, clarithromyc, ventolin, montelukast, azithromycin, clindamycin, methylpred, cefdinir, omeprazole, arnuity.
Went to doctor to get steroid shot they usually work but nothing. Doctor also prescribed Azelastine took awhile to pick it up. There was mix up with where it was sent. Was I glad when I did pick it up... HELL YEAH! Not only did it help with allergies but that hellish itch was gone totally. Just like that UNBELIEVABLE! Don't know why. Can't find any info that Azelastine would help with that problem. BUT IT DID! there is no doubt in my mind. Its not a coincidence.
My treatment plan includes the usual .... steam, nasal irrigation, nasal gels, nasal oils, humidifiers, tons of water and tea, no dairy and ocassionally an antibiotic and oral steroids. This is how I’ve managed to keep things under control. Had septoplasty and turbinate reduction about 17 years ago and maybe there was some relief but really not sure (surgery screwed up my septum, now ive got a septal spur and small hole in septum....in other words, the doc screwed it up).
it destroys your nasal cavity. please stop now if you can....there is lots of support for you if you to chose to quit.
Hi. I'm assuming you're referring to Gemzar (generic name: gemcitabine), which is a chemotherapy drug commonly used for the treatment of pancreatic cancer. I'm not sure what particular side effect of gemcitabine you're thinking of which could be counteracted by taking Lugol's solution. I have used this drug on a lot of my patients and have never used Lugol's to counteract any of Gemzar's adverse effects.
have had at the beginning of october alot congestion nose and throat and ear congestion cough and mucus that would not come out the doctor said it was allergies so he told me to take zyrtec and flonose nasal spray and prescribed me amoxicillin 250mg 3 x a day for 15 days and took allegraD and it help a lil only till it wore off so im still not feeling better and am desperate to be better i have a two yr old. .i even tried the nasal irrigation and not better..
I had done mri year back and it showed infection in forehead and cyst on left side of face....i am taking nasacort and fexofenadine hcl for months and tried other antihistamine also, but the symtoms persist....i am a liver patient with conginetal hepatic fibrosis and 31 years....liver enzymes r normal....should i take antibotics if so which one and dosae and days? And what else can i do....
I have been told that I have a deviated septum a while back, my nose is constantly stuffy and has been for about 3-4 years and I frequently get post nasal drip. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, thank you!
is it okay to use albuterol sulfate inhalation solution .083 % even if its out of code? I have real bad asthma and I got a serve cold and cant afford to go to doctor.
In the past 5 years or so, I have slowly developed a restricted nasal problem to the point in which both sides of the inner nose become completely blocked and cannot breathe through my nose at all; in or out. Currently, the only remedy that will help is Vicks Sinex 12 hour fine mist. I need to break away from using this medication as it has its bad side effects such as excessive mucous, nose bleeds, and loss of some smell.
Hello Rahul, I'm not sure if you have sinus, allergy, or asthma. Nose sprays should have given you some relief from nasal blockage. I swear by one product 'NEILMED" neti pot. Go to the drugstore where they sell the Neilmed white neti pot which include solution for you to use. My family, grandkids use it all the time when nose is blocked. Not the squirt up nose type (tho u may try that too)...as I prefer the white tea pot type.
I've been using the Neilmed nasal rinse for a few years now after undergoing surgery.
Now when I don't use, I have really runny nose and strong headaches. But when I do use, I have a uncomfortable feeling between my eyebrows. I searched the web and the reasonable explanation is that water remains in the sinuses.
I feel distracted either way throughout the day and it is hard to work with these problems.
When he first told me, I understood the chemistry he was teaching me, but his solution was to take about 6 HCL tablets with half of a glass of milk. SCARY! Here my throat and mouth were burning like hell and he wants me to put in lots of hydrochloric acid!!! Lots... to bring the pH back down to VERY ACIDIC like it is supposed to be. I didn't do it... too chicken, until one night the reflux was sooooo bad, I got up and took the 6 HCL tablets with 4 oz of milk..
