augmentin yellow teeth

My lung Doctor called me in some augmentin because I have been coughing up thick yellow mucus. I just don't know if I can take it on treatment. Does anyone know??

m wondering if maybe I should try it again in conjunction with the Augmentin, since it may now have a better chance of working since the 2 teeth were pulled and the bone cleaned out. My oral surgeon would like to try me on clindamycin again, but my infectious disease doctor says the Augmentin should be fighting all of the bacteria. But it doesn't feel like it is at all, the infection has been getting worse for the past 3 or 4 days.

For 2 months now, I have had earaches, pain in upper teeth, pain in the jaw,pain in temple, pain along bridge of nose, pain under eye and above brow. I've had a full doseof augmentin and had exrays on upper teeth. I'm living on aleve or ibuprofen. Please help me.

Is this wound infected or healing? There's yellow gooey thing on top of my wound. Is it a scab or infection? I'm currently under Augmentin antibiotics and also i'm putting fucidin on top of my wound as suggested by my surgeon last two days. The wound is not pain and the yellow gooey thing is just there and cannot be wiped off. It's hard. No discharge as well. I didnt wanna go back to my doc as of now cos of the charges. What could be the reason for half yellow and half white teeth??

i have had a problem with yellow discharge for years now. It first started when i had unprotected sex. So i assumed i had contracted an STI. However, my Dr has tested me for all STI's, yeast, etc and can not find a cause. All swabs and urine tests have come back normal. Except for a low growth of Group B strep. The discharge has a burning sensation, I have stomach pains, pain sometimes with sex, painful periods, excessive lubrication with sex.. There isnt a stong odor however.

I woke up one morning around a month and a half ago with a huge lump in my neck on the left side. It was extremely painful so I decided to visit the urgent care. The doctor there said he thought it was an infection from my two bad teeth or could be MRSA because I also had a small spot on my face but I just thought it was a pimple (which I had picked at the night before). He put me on a 5 day round of Augmentin.

It was almost over it when, a few days ago, when my nose started to fill up again. The mucous is yellow and thick and no matter what I try, saline, nose drops, etc. it continues to fill up. I do not have any sinus pressure or pain, YET. Today I feel sicker, mild chills, and I have a mild sore throat.. I have Aumentin which was given to me "just in case." I hate to sign in for 10 days of antibiotics if it's still the same virus.

I have been getting over a recent bout of bronchitis where I was prescribed Augmentin (I am on Day 6) and Prednisone short burst (finished 2 days ago) I am still coughing quite bad but the fever has broke... but as of yesterday the phlegm/mucus I am coughing up tastes extremely salty. I have not been using any type of saline spray, or gargling with salt water, so I know this is not the reason. Is it the antibiotics causing this? Or is there another reason?

I feel okay, aside from not really wanting to do anything.. and worrying about my teeth.. taking the augmentin 3 times a day.. After I figure out what to do , I will just stop the one pill too.. I would just love to stop it right now.. but, an extremely bad time for my teeth.. Then that cap actually falling off my tooth!! Scared the hell out of me... I'll call my dentist and see what he says..

Hi. Can anyone please answer this? I'm 15 turning 16 this year, and my family never takes me to a dentist. When I was younger, no one ever told me to brush my teeth. And right now, they're yellow and my two front teeth have stains on them and I hate it.. And now my family say " Oh they're yellow! Why??? This is what they expect for never telling me anything.. I want to be able to talk to people or my friends without having to worry about what they will think of my teeth.

Now: I've been experience throbbing pain around upper right teeth, my cheek, front and back of my head, and I have swollen painful gum around my right side of my face, and I right shoulder is aching. And I think lymph nose under my chin is swollen. The right side of my face, neck, around ear and back of my head hurt if I push those areas. But I do not have a runny or stuffy nose. I do know that there is a little drainage going down the back of my throat, but it is really a little amount.

I forgot to mention now I am back on the meds... I am on augmentin and alegra... Augmentin for 14 days... I just don't want to keep taking medication all the time... It has been going on for about a year + now.... I did have a bad cold but mostly I could not breath and severely stuffy and when I blowed it was green and bloody.. Then my throat became mildy sore... NOW finally I can breath again..... Just back to that same old congestion.... It tastes bad,,,, it is just not fun to have..

I really thought I felt better when I was getting the shots. The Rocephin interrupted the course of Augmentin, so I finished the Augmentin after the shots were complete. I think I finished the Augmentin on a Friday, and that Saturday I had virtually no symptoms at all. Sunday they returned and have been bothering since.

ve googled and see that some potential causes are cellulitis, hypothyroidism, tooth abscess, allergies, trauma, infections, inflammation, I think lupus?, and cancer. I have had some recent dental issues (infection, teeth pulled, roots left too long after a tooth fell out). Has anyone had this? So weird. I was wondering if anyone else has taken Augmentin. I was prescribed it for a double ear infection. Originally I was given acetic acid drops but they aren't working. I plan on calling my OB in the morning to double check. They are pregnancy category B. Although they are thought to be safe not many studies have been done on them. I'm nervous about everything. I am on Plaquenil 400mg Metoprolol Tartrate 50mg BID, Proventil HFA 2puffs every 4 hours, Flovent Diskus 250mcg (started one week ago), Nasonex, Augmentin 875 BID. I have had no problems with my cardio selective Beta Blocker prior to catching this cold. My peak flows are still in the High Yellow Zone and I am maxing out on my rescue inhaler and I haven't been on the Flonase long enough to provide control. But I am not wheezing...just stuck in the yellow zone anywhere from 360-390...
