oct 2015 me mujhe right testicle me jabardast pain huva tha or mera right testicle left se 4x bda ho gaya tha sath hi me tej bukhar thi. jab dr ko dikhaya to unhone ultrasound kiya nd kuch medicine di. dec 2015 tak thik tha lekin phir dheere dheere left testicle me pain rahne laga. subah thik hote hai but evening tak halka halka pain or left testicle kuch bda bhi ho jata hai. what should i do?
So Sunday morning around 2am I had a very intense cramp like stabbing pain that traveled down to my abdomen, and immediately began feeling pain in my abdomen and right testicle. I thought maybe a hernia at first but there are no lumps, and I tested negative. I should mention I did go to the hospital, here’s what they tested for.
Torsion: negative
Kidney Stone: negative
CT Scan appendicitis: negative
Went to my primary care physician the next day and we did more tests.
Almost from where my love handles would be to the pelvic bone. I also had a sharp pain that came and went in my right testicle. It seemed to get worse when I ran. I stopped doing hill sprints around October and the pain stopped... or I did not notice.
This week I did sprints again and within a day the sharp pain was back in the same area... it would come and go. I also had horrid pain in my upper right abdomen after eating. This has stopped and I am thinking it was gas.
Now I have had the abdominal pain and almost like migranes constantly for the past year or two, and they removed my appendix in September 2007 thinking the ab pain was appendicitis, but the appendix wasnt swollen when removed. The pain subsided for about 2 months and returned with the testi pain and the lump and kidney area pain.
Doctor, whats going on?

Having been an EMT for many years I understand this could be appendicitis, however, I am confused about the pain free lapses. I live in the middle of no where with poor hospitals about 2 and a half hours away. I am hesitant to spend 5 hours in an ER and then having no pain when I am finally seen. Does it make sense to have classic appendicitis symptoms that go completely away for a few days at a time over a 3 month course?
My sister told me if i had appendicitis, my pain would be getting worse cuz my aPpendix pain has been going for like 2 months now but only once the pain was severe and that was in the morning.
Don't want to scare you but my sister had appendicitis, the pain started off as random sperts but suddenly got worse as the appendix started to split, she was rushed into hospital and they performed an emergancy opp. Some cases heal themselves, others don't like my sister's. I would ask another doctor; if they send you home again, just watch for ANY changes and monitor your temperature, urine colour and strength of pain over the next 2-3 days.
When I had appendecitis I woke up in pain with a lot of abdominal pressure and was admitted for surgery that day. It felt like I was really constipated or something (sorry TMI), and was nauseous. It sounds like the pain you are having is more likely related to the pcos. I have had ovarian cysts in the past and it felt a lot like what you are describing. I'm not an expert, just my personal experience.
As far as I know, the most apparent symptom of appendicitis (inflammation of the appendix) is a dull pain in the stomach on the right side, that moves to severe lower right abdominal pain.

Last night I started having a dull pain on the right side of my abdomen, across from my belly button, it went away today but came back around lunch time. It went away again and now at 2am it has come back. I pressed on my stomach a bit and it send a shooting pain through my belly button area. Its not SUPER painful, just more of a discomfort. I've also started urinating WAY more in the past hour and I'm not sure if its related but my knees began aching REALLY bad out of nowhere.
How can you identify ovarian cyst pain?What is the usual size of the cyst need to undergo surgery? Describe the difference between appendicitis?
Also the pains in my abdomen seem to get worse when i eat or after a night out drinking. Then the pain gets very sharp and spreads to the left side and lower left of the back, i get hit by a sudden feeling of weakness and have to lie down.
What are the possible causes of this pain, and could it be linked to my other symptoms?
p.s. i am fully aware that this is not a diagnosis, it is just to know wether or not i should get this checked by my GP.

I took plan B on the last day of my period which was december 25th and starting on the 29th i had soreness in what seems like right above the ovaries, a pain on each side of my abdomen. I also have this pulsating around my belly button and it will shoot down to the right side then give me back pain. I also have headaches and have gotten easily hot and overheated during the night. I know im not pregnant because ive testes and JUST came off my period and it was normal. Could this be my apendix?
Appendicitis is not always easy to diagnose. Describe how the symptoms came on.
When my ex got sick one day while I was at work, he called me. He described abdominal pain that sounded like it could be gas or early appendicitis. I told him to take Gas-Ex and lie down. When I got home, he still had the pain, even lying down. I pressed on his abdomen and he had more pain. Didn't really know what I was doing, but just gently pressed around and he moaned.
I am on vacation across the country. I woke up at 2:30 am with bad stomach pain (top middle), bloating, and gas. I went the the ER about 6 hours later and received indigestion meds. I felt much better outside of mild abdominal discomfort from gas still. Now the next day my lower right stomach is pretty tender, nowhere else, just lower right side. Should I be worried about appendicitis? Could it be tender from extreme gas and bloating?

I can not even sleep on that side or the pain is so intense in the morning. I think appendicitis would have ruptured by now and I have no fever. I am wondering if I either pulled a muscle in the abdomen/side or maybe a hernia?
He often makes the comment that his bones hurt. He has constant headaches and his right testicle aches. The testicle pain has been looked into before and they thought it might have been a hernia but upon further investigation it was not. He has also been looked at for lyme disease and again nothing. I do know his is under a great deal of stress and he also has no energy and is tired all the time. What could be the cause of all this?
Lower right quadrant abdominal pain is also a sign of appendicitis. If you are laying on your back and press on the sore spot and you get a sharp pain when you press and it even hurts as you release pressure it could be appendicitis. Your pain may be unrelated to your pregnancy. Did they rule out appendicitis or even ovarian cyst or maybe even gas?
I have this pain in the lower right region of my abdomen, Its not a pain in which I cannot walk but there is a pain there. I went to get blood work done because my cousin which is a Doctor wanted to rule out an appendicitis. The WBC count came back at 10.1 where the normal range for that laboratory I believe was from 5 to 10. My cousin said that is not significant enough to point towards appendicitis. My lymphocte percentage was low at 20.3 percent, and my mean platelet volume was also low 6.8.
He then took a screening CT in the lab and gave the report as Chronic appendicitis with 7mm thickness. Ficolith inside the appendicitis and advised to remove it whenever you feel free but not an emergency. The Gastroenterologist was not convinced and he asked me to take a Contrast enhanced CT. But the local doctor said it is not necessary and i don't have any acute episode and there is no such Chronic appendicitis.
