Androgel for women dosage

Common Questions and Answers about Androgel for women dosage

Avatar n tn I've been reading those threads related to the hCG shots for weight loss subject, and I suspect that once again (as it happened in 1974) the method will be misused by all those who only wish to grab a commercial profit from its use. Please let me remind you again, and again, and again, that hCG is a PRESCRIPTION drug that MUST be dispensed by a licensed Physician. hCG injections are PART of a comprehensive weight reduction program.
Avatar m tn I also have depression and anxiety been taking xanax for 10 years and just took myself off it so I can get ready for testosterone. most people are gave like 100 a week well I will be on 500 a week due to the fact I will also use it to gain muscle mass because after 10 years of xanax i never really wanted to do anything but sleep and chill. Got to the point where I am taking 15 2mg xanax bars at a time just to stop an anxiety attack.
Avatar n tn Bioidentical hormone pellets (testosterone for men, both testosterone and estrogen avail. for women) injected under the skin produce steady, continuous release of hormone. Usually lasts 3-6 months depending on person. Again, limited doc's available, but might be helpful for some of you. Good luck.
Avatar n tn My husband started the testosterone injections last summer and was doing a lot better at first (more energy, no sex problems, etc), Now he has become very moody, depressed, angry - all of this is everyone else's fault - as his testosterone levels climb. I've been with him for 12 years and this is all new behavior for him. I am afraid for our marriage now as he doesn't see his behavior as a possible change due to what he is taking. Any advice?
Avatar n tn The urologist I saw a month ago gave me Androgel 5mg packets to use once a day bc my T-level was only 356. Low-Normal range but still low for a 21 year old right? My mood has improved substantially since (I don't get depressed/irritable much anymore). However, my penis is still small flaccid, my libido is still low, no morning wood, etc. (all the above symptoms are still occuring). For this reason I thought the diagnosis must have been wrong.
Avatar m tn The hardest part for me I think is going to be learning to only breath through my nose. It's very common for pregnant women to have nasal congestion all throughout their pregnancy.

Avatar f tn Did 20 months high dosage inf and then another year+ Peg/Riba. Could not move for years afterwards. Read a thread on this board about anti oxidant therapy. Some doctor in NM was using alpha lipoic acid, selenium and milk thistle along with B vitamins and D vitamins, whatever was needed according to labs. I read about it and figured it was better than doing nothing. Didn't think it would work but went to GNC and got a bottle of ALA and started doing 900 mgs a day.
Avatar n tn I have often thought a blog for women 40, 50, 60ish who are maximizing their god-given physical, mental, and spiritual gifts would be a worthwhile endeavor. I would be interested in participating. I am 55, soon to be 56. I noticed an incredible weight gain when I worked for a year and a half from 53-55. Then I stopped working earlier this year, did the low-carb thing for four months and started working out again. Lo and behold, my figure came back!
Avatar n tn For me its like bad gas in my lower abdomen except for my left testicle is hurting too when I urinate. It feels like someone is grabbing it and pulling down hard.
Avatar n tn For about 6 weeks I have been experiencing mid back pain when I wake up in the morning. The pain is so bad, I cannot go back to sleep, and NO position change helps. I must get out of bed and start walking around or sit in a chair for the pain to start going away. After an hour or two, the pain basically disappears. The pain seems to be emanating from my spine, and tensing up the back muscles nearest the spine.
