I'm 15 and I made the foolish decision to have unprotected sex with my boyfriend on the 24th of August. I made sure he pulled out over 2 minutes before he was about to finish. I also told him to pee before we did it so the left over sperm would be flushed out in the precum. I was supposed to get my period on the 26th but now it's the 28th and I still haven't gotten it. I usually have a 25 or 26 day cycle but this is day 28 which is very rare for me.

I’m late answering this but i was diagnosed with strep even though i suspected mono but the doctor put me on amoxicillin anyways. I had taken seven days of amoxicillin feeling the sickest i had ever felt but developed no rash so the doctor didn’t worry. After 7 days of being on amoxicillin my throat finally felt better and i did not feel sick anymore. I went to sleep that night and woke up at 5am itching and had developed a full body rash over night.
My son had a bullseye rash about a month ago. We took him to the doctor and he prescribed amoxicillin 2x/day for 10 days. Yesterday my friend's son had the same rash and his doctor prescribed him amoxicillin 3x/day and said it had to be AT LEAST 14 days for lyme treatment. I looked online and that is what I found also. I am concerned my son was not on antibiotics long enough and that symptoms will show up later when it is harder to treat.
You chances aren't off the charts but yes there is a chance. Don't freak out with worry it could cause your period to be late and all kinds of other unnecessary things. Just get a test as soon as possibe and blood test are normally more accurate so if you don't trust the little pink line results go to the Dr for labs. And most antibiotics mess with birth contol so be careful!
Ok, so I'm 19 years old...I always have regular period lasting 4-5 days which they would be medium- heavy flow.
However I got my last period 3 days ago. I don't even know if i can actually call it a period....
it is like a very light brown discharge that is even barelyyyy there...
P.S. i used amoxicillin last month and i had alergic reaction to it...
My period is 6 days late. It is known for being irregular, and this past September, it was 6 days late and I ended up buying a test and the day after that, my period arrived. Last month it was 5 days early- so this is actually my usual time to get my period. I haven't tested yet, as i want it to be a full week after. I am scared about the result... They put her on amoxicillin for the ear infection. After taking 3 doses of the amoxicillin she broke out in Hives on her hands, legs, and feet. She was taken off the amoxicillin but the rash has now continued for a week now. It will appear and last about 5 minutes and then it is gone. It almost looks like blisters coming up on her feet. I took her to the doctor again today (1 week later) and they told me that she has erytherma multiforme caused from the amoxicillin.

About 5 years passed and I started having worsening head pain, always on the left side of my head, behind my eye. I had a period of several sinus infections that were treated and I seemed OK. When I started having serious chronic pain, I couldn't find answers. I have seen an unbelievable amount of doctors and not one has mentioned a possible connection between the pain, and cyst before, I do remember saying it was way too painful to just be another sinus infection.
i have taken 6000 mg of amoxicilin all in all, i was expecting to have my monthly period but it didtn come, i used p.t. and its positive now i was scared what will the effect of it to my baby 4 weeks now...
I wouldn't jump to conclusions because of a change in her menstrual cycle. Taking hormones will change your cycle's normal routine. Stress will also make a women late. I've been over a month and two weeks late once because of stress or whatever. I mean it is possible, and I know amoxicillian can give false test results. So yes its possible. But it could be she is just dealing with an illness and her body is in stress.

prescribed the triple therapy which consists of Lanzoprazole 30 mg, Amoxicillin 500 mg and clarithromycin 500 mg. The problem is that she told me to take only one pill of amoxicillin (500mg) every 12 hours but it was supposed to be two pills (1g) according to FDA and other resources. I am very concerned because I know that this bacteria becomes resistant to antibiotics. What should I do?, How long do I wait before I take another test to see if the bacteria is gone or not?
m also on the prescription drug amoxicillin for a sinus infection. I started taking amoxicillin and another antibiotic called capmist DM on Monday. I know amoxicillin makes birth control less affective. We did use a condom while having sex and it didn't break. He only came a couple drops and it was in the condom. But on Friday night, Saturday, and a little bit this morning I have been having pains similar to menstrual cramps.
