So I'm currently on treatment for H. Pylori and taking Lanzoprazole 30mg+Amoxicillin 1g+Claritromicin 500mg, and I want to take a vitamin and mineral supplementation, my question is, will there be any interaction between this treatment and the supplementation?

Amoxicillin is OK to take while pregnant.. I'm a nurse and have a drug guide....It states the following: Distribution - Crosses the placenta and enters breast milk in low concentration Use cautiously in - renal impariment, infectious mononucleosis, heptic impairment It's a category B which is OK in pregnancy.....Cat. c and D are not. Herbs such as milk thistle are a form of medicine and not likely tested for interaction with Vic or Incivick, Riba or Interferon. Additionally, it may actually prevent the treatment from being effective. Bottom line is follow the tested and validated guidelines and drop the milk thistle.

This sounds like it has 100% to do with the Amoxicillin, and not Mono combined with Amoxicillin and so forth. Amoxicillin can cause joint pain although this is not a common side effect, but can occur and should NOT be permanent, but temporary. If this hasn't subsided, this definitely needs to be further investigated by your physician.
