Well I have had Hashimoto for the past 10 years, and I also have had allergy problems and have taken Allegra D for the past 4 years. I don't think allegra had anything to do with my hashimoto/hypothyroid.

Today, there are syringes that are designed for very low dosing that children often need for a while; there are pens also designed with kids in mind. i take zyrtec,allegra and alervert all day every day as my doctor told me for my hives .some days its real bad and others are very good. ive had no effects from the mixture.

s when I decided to try the Allegra for the Paxil, problem. Just to let you know, I ended up taking 1/2 of an Allegra and the symptoms went away again. I woke up this morning feeling fine. The zaps usually start late in the day and are not bad. Just to reassure everyone....I have a doctor appointment Monday morning at 9am!!! I will not, however, take another Paxil! True jollyman069 We all pay and we all suffer because of those who want to use our meds for pleasure. I have posted repeated pleas for ways we can help the situation. The goverment is getting more involved because of the many teens that are now into taking these meds for pleasure. Parents want these meds to be unavailable to them but they are also making them unavailable to the people who need them.

Is it safe to take both Allegra-D and Zyrtec. In short, I suffer from allergies. I find that I feel best when I take a single pill of Allegra-D in the morning and a single pill of Zyrtec at night. In part, I have been doing this because I haven't had to go to the doctor (or Canada) to get more Allegra D so I can take it twice a day. I was wondering what the possible side-effects, besides fatigue, are of the regimen I'm taking? I've felt much better since beginning it.

I am not a doctor, but my son was also on concerta, and that can be a side effect of that. We had success switching him to Straterra, out of everything he's tried that has the least side effects, and it's once a day, dosing is based on weight, and even adults take it who have adult add. Look up drug side effects for concerta. Maybe changing the medication might help, and it does take some time for the medication and there side effects to clear their system.

My 3 year old is already taking allegra, flovent and now tagament twice a day. Along with battling what some have said are hives.She has scratched herself till she has scabs on many parts of her body. She has a special lotion, hypo allergenic shampoo, free and clear everything else that I can find. I am almost ready to pull out my hair because it seems that no one can give me a straight answer. Something alarming happened today. I took two allergy pills around 10:00pm. Around 12 pm I had a baowel movement. The stool looked... fluffy. Not diareah (-sp?) like, but spongy. There were two white things floating. When I looked closer I realized they were the allergy pills I took. It was Allegra D. Could this be the reason they haven't been working like they used to? I am looking for articles that support TDF every other day or half dose. Can you provide links? As TDF was an HIV drug, they didn't really test dosing for HBV and just assumed same dose is fine. Hi! Congratulations! If you were my patient, I would advise you to take the absolute minimum medication that you can get away with during the first trimester especially. BUT having said that, Allegra is pregnancy category C which means that it CAN be used in pregnancy if the benefits out weigh the risks. Hope this helps!

I have multiple issues...oxygen dependent due to pulmonary fibrosis after chronic hypersensitivity pneumonitis. I'm on Advair 500/50, Singulair, Allegra, Mucinex and have been stable for over a year. I also have a history of seasonal allergies (life long) and adult onset asthma. Two weeks ago some respiriatory infection set in: don't know if it was a virus intially--it felt that way--scratchy throat, tender glands, ears plugged.

I would sit tight till they open. These are such new drugs and only your Dr can give you the green light. You don't want to risk SVR unless you know for sure. .....
