I'd been on MMT for 15 yrs. I started at 150mg/day, dropped to,70mg/day, then dropped to 30mg/day, then 10 mg/day. It took me about a year. My last 10mg tab was 3 months ago. But I'm STILL sneezing like a lunatic! I might sneeze 4-5x a year before. Now I sneeze 4-5x before I get out of bed and at least another 10x thru the day. How long does this last? Otherwise, I feel great.
I took my first dose of Alendronate and then experience significant muscle pain for the next 4 days. Does anyone know if I should expect this to happen each time I take it or is it something to happen for the first few times until my body adjusts to the medicine?
Do you mean Fosamax (alendronate)? If you do, its for treating bone problems like Osteoperosis by adding bone mass and slows bone loss. I use it for Osteopenia.

You said that you had tried 70mg x 2 one time, with no apparent extra effect. 70mg is considered the max effective dosage I think. This is supposed to be because the "L-lysine-" part of the molecule is meant to be broken away from the dextroamphetamine part by special enzymes, this happens slowly. In turn this releases a steady flow of amphetamine stimuli. This process cant go on for to long due to the amount of enzymes being limited.
I am also taking Aromasin for bc. Stopped alendronate (I am osteopenic due to 30 yrs of prednisolone and Arimidex) in case this caused the oesophagitis. Would appreciate your advice.
Been on vyvanse a week now for my add,and I have finally I think my dosage is right.70mg is whats feels right to me with hardly no side effects at all.The problem is that my doc prescribed me 60 30mg capsules so im trying to figure out how many 30 mg capsules is 70 mg vyvanse which i know that a 30mg vyvanse is 10mg adderall and 70 mg vyvanse is 30mg adderall.Is 7 30mg vyvanse capsules 70mg dose .I switched from taking 30mg adderall twice a day im going to have to call doc tommorroww.
thankyou,i am with contact of my doctor ,he said there is no solution for damaged vertibras,but calcium and vitiman d and alendronate sodium/cholecaiciferol tablets will help spine and bones from further damages but what to do with prednisones i cant stop them because of asthma and taking of them will damage other bones isnt there any other solution instead of prednisones, i know there is nothing accept these because my doctor told me:(

Osteoporosis medications like Raloxifene (Evista), alendronate (Fosomax), risendronate (Actonel) and ibandronate (Boniva) all can cause flu like symptoms in individuals that are taking them. I am not sure what medications you are on, but this could be your problem.
My doctor has requested that u start taking a high dosage iron pill. It's not in the basis that Im anaemic and the dosage is 70mg a day. I'm 14 weeks pregnant. Do I need to take Such a high dosage this early?
Next, I called my insurance company to make sure they would pay on more than 70mg. The rep told me they would pay for Vyvanse 70mg twice a day. So, I got lucky with that!

So, I've going to a methadone clinic for a year and a half now. I was on Suboxone for a year before that, but could no longer afford it. No insurance. The third day that I took .30mg of thyroid tab, I had a severe reaction. The top of my head felt like it was going to explode, Pressure behind my eyes, chills, heart racing and throat swelling. I was lucky I had prednisone to take or I would have ended up in the ER. I haven't went back to my Dr. yet because I am afraid to take any thyroid medication. This was a very scary experience.
I have taken 70mg Phozomax one per week and 1000mg of shell calcium per day regularly without any stop. after this period the Doctor was satisfied by the result of scan,but after that all the 24 hours urine test are showing loosing high range of calcium (it is necessary to mention that i have stop eating the medicine for 1.5 monthand then i have given theurine test.I kindlyappreciated your cooperation, and if possile any comment.
Since surgery I have been tapering from oxycontin. Starting at 120mg per day. I got down to 70mg a day and for the upteenth time I told him I was tired of tapering. I couldn't stand taking pills I no longer needed etc etc.
So I went to detox. Man am I glad it is over, no more pills.
I know that the upper dosing limit is recommended to be 70mg, but with how ineffective 60mg feels, I worry even the upper limit won't help. Why have I built up a tolerance so fast? What other medications should I ask my MD about that may offer me better symptom relief?
