I agree with sarahburke. That seems very childish that you are still claiming things to be 'yours' and 'mine' when you live together, are having a child together and plan on spending the rest of your lives together. Everything my boyfriend and I have is 'ours', the cars are in his name but he doesn't call them his cars, the energy bill is in my name but it's not my energy bill lol.
condoms aren't 100% effective. so yes it's possible the baby is yours and yes it's entirely possible for a woman to be over due. my friend was due 4 days ago and there is still no sign he's coming. i think a woman can go up to 2 weeks over due before a doctor will intervene and induce labor.

No. Someone who is due on the 25th of June would have conceived around October 2. Unless your ex just made up the estimated due date (it is most accurate when gotten by an ultrasound measurement relatively early in the pregnancy), it doesn't look like there is any chance of you being the dad. Due dates can be inaccurate, but not by eight or ten weeks.
