If I have a hangover for sure its an instant panic in the morning because my heat is working alot harder which I can feel. I guess I"m just hypersensitive to my bodily functions and I wish I could just turn them off, turn of the sensations that is.

try that, wet a cold wash cloth, over eyes. Go to the most quietest place and darkest in house. Ask doctor for pills for the onset of a migraine. thats for when it starts creeping up on you, you start taking medicine right away. Then it won'y hit you as hard. mine is an old timers pill. midrin. i use it for years. all the others work on you, and i didn't want that. Where you end up being a zombie. This lets you go through the day at work and be sane.

One thing that seems strange to me is that it is isolated to the internal muscles in my upper core. the first day I feel it all the time the next day its only when I take a deep breath or even hiccup or something and the third day I only really notice it every once in a while (sneeze cough etc.) Ive only ever experienced a hangover once in my life. so perhaps this is just something that I am not accustomed to. I am a 22 year old female and for the past 2-3 years i always get THE WORST hangovers. I do already have severe anxiety and I do smoke cigarette. I drink maybe 2-3 times a week sometimes less.. and When i drink it can either be 2 glasses of wine OR a whole bottle or 2 with friends. My hangovers start like this. So I had my period a period the 25th to the 31 . And for the last week for so Iv still been having dark discharge. Iv also had the massive headache for 3 days now and will no go away .
