I have started taking some new fruits and vitamins in hope of getting my platelet count up.Papaya and papaya extract pills.Lots of tomatoes,oranges,apples.Along with leafy lettuce and lots of broccoli.I too have been dizzy along with a 2 day nosebleed and this I believe is due to my platelets.I thought that getting negative would end my problems but I was unknowledgable and naïve.As great as it is to be negative I now realize I have a big battle still ahead of me.

I hope you are in this for the long haul and really want to get clean because if you really want it and get a good plan (meetings, counseling, working the 12 steps...etc...) then it is definetely possible. It sounds like vertigo. I've had dizzy spells like this while at school. I've felt like I'm going to fall over and pass out. I've found myself stumbling and struggling to keep my vision clear because it was blurred. I believe the source of the problem for me was not getting enough sleep and a less than stellar diet. Sleep deprivation can be a major component in what's going on with you. Being a college student- I know how that can feel.
You have to remember that your partner is not professionally trained like the actors in pron movies! You have to involve her, and she has to become involved in you both becoming aroused and enjoying each other. I am a nurse that over the past few weeks have had to help with various different "heavy lifts" that I am not usually involved in. I have always had a certain amount of lower backaches rating like 2/10 or so, really just an annoyance. But now for the past two days the pain is more concentrated on the right side and kind of encompasses the hip and thigh. I think I am the most concerned about the way my toes on the right feel "tired".
I never lived life thinking about race or color, but it just hit me that I will be raising a black boy in America. Its so sad with all the police killings of unarmed blackmen in America. In fact it recently happened in my neighborhood. To think that one day my son will be a blackman in America scares me. Any other mothers having or have black children worry about this?
