I can't imagine any such product would or could work. My presumption is that a guy's erection is limited in size and scope to the physical dimensions of his anatomy in that certain place. The best any product might do is increase blood flow which might give the effect of "feeling" larger" and perhaps even a subtle difference in actual size.
