It seems that he is very forgetful (for instance last week we helped him do a lengthy math assignment at home and he forgot to take it from his locker to class). The teacher would not let him go back and get it so he had to do it over in class while the teacher was going over it.
My 8 yr old son has had three accidents at school. Two of them were bowel movements and today he urinated in his pants. All of them have occured within the last 4 school days. He has never had a problem at all like this. I am very concerned about him as well as the school. I'm going to take him to see our family doctor but would like to hear any ideas on why this is happening.

I have a soon to be 6 year old girl, who comes home everyday and reports she was not good in school. her teacher send a sticker home for every day the children are good. i have tried everythng i can think of to punich her. i have ,taken the TV, toys, friends, outside time, i have done time outs, spankings, and nothing seems to work she just does not seem to care. i have completly cleaned her room out to where all she had was a bed.
He was happy for the first week but then he started making excuses in the morning that he is having pain in stomach or coughs and says I am going to vomit. And once he did in school so he was sent back home but after that he vomitted everyday for almost 10 days. The teacher thought it at first it might be because of fear of spelling test but then he did it everyday. I am confused he is a healthy child and is okay throughout the day otherwise. Is it school phobia????????????
he has recently been excluded twice as a result for lashing out and accidentley hitting or kicking teachers, and i have on three fridays had a phone call to go and collect him early afternoon as he is not fit to be in school. I have made adoctors appointment but this isnt unfortunatley until next week when they are off school anyway, but i am really at the end and it is getting me down please help! p.

He's becomeing more mindful of things like his voice volume (he is usually too loud but now modulates his voice appropriately), has worked on being a "good friend"--------- so he has peer skills that we've taught to him (these include things like space boundaries, communication, etc.
