I live in vero Beach and have a difficult time not communicating with others that have ms. I would like to know if anyone with ms knows of a support group in the treasure coast of florida preferably near vero. I would also like to know if there is anyone who wants to talk with me so that I may feel less isolated with my mulitple sclerosis. I attend another 12 step meeting but its not the same. I need others to relate to. thank you for any feedback!

These past weeks my mental health has. Improved since I have been working in the yard-an hour today and taking 5,000 iu a day of vit d3. I was low for the third time. So, I have also been laying I n the sun-10min on each side. I have been eating red meat everyday for the past few weeks and noticed my anemia isn't as bad as it had been. If not, I am willing to travel for a top quality doctor. I have been seeing a specialist for about 2 yrs for retinal tears and would like to get a second opinion.

I heard on the news tonight that Chicago has such a problem with gun violence that they are considering asking for the National Guard be brought in. Now it would seem to me that if ya want smaller government you might now want to be doing this sort of thing? If you want to legally keep guns is this a smart thing to be doing? What say you? Should they call in the national guard or no?
