I agree the names you chose sound more professional for when he is older. Just tell him people will call him Forrest Gump if u name him Forrest lol.
Dont think that's true at all I think and my opinion is that it's a roll of dice or as Forrest Gump says "life is like a box of chocolates you never know what you're gonna get!
I am just butting in to say.......absolutely nothing on this procedure....and as Forrest Gump says...thats all i gotta say about that the only thing i can add is to do all of your research on this procedure and the after effects no matter what you are told by anyone...i would try to find a video of the procedure as it is done on line and then the after effects with visuals....good luck and i sincerely hope it works out well for you and you can put your heart situation and your issues behind you.
Exercise is the number 1 stress reliever. I've been cutting back on my mass building, and doing a lot more running. You can call me Forrest Gump. Luckily, my heart NEVER acts up while i'm exercising for some reason. Also, on days I run, my heart doesn't act up as much at night, which is the problem time of day.

Hi everyone. My 9 month old daughter is scheduled to have surgery to release her tethered cord in April of this year. We are located in Louisville, KY and my daughter's neurosurgeon is Dr. Gump. So far, I like him very much and appreciate how he handles questions from a very scared mother. I hope it is okay that I posted this question here as I have read that tethered cord and Chiari Malformation can run together.
My daughter has the fatty filium (spelling?) type of tethered cord.
