doctors recommend pregnant women to have an exercise going while pregnant that way your hips dont get stiff when your in labor and it will help when you have to push out the baby=). so no i dont think there is anything wrong in dancing like that and it wont hurt the baby either. just dont fall on your stomach or lay on your stomach because that could really hurt her.
Hey, thanks so much. You guys really cleared things up for me...I've never done dirty dancing before so I'm not really too sure of what to do and what not to do, but Im learning now :) I also asked Doctor H. and he told me the same thing that there is really no risk.

Only two smoked in all their roles — so it can’t be that actors “demand” to smoke, as studios have claimed. How many actors really have the leverage to decline to smoke on screen? And how many could help change Hollywood — if they acted together?

Firstly let me say that i am completely devastated. One week ago my daughter was at my mothers house and went in to her nervous saying that her 'mini' (as we call her vagina) was bleeding as she had put something in it and thrust it till she bled around her urethra. When i picked her up i explained to her that 'mini' is very important to her as one day she will give birth through it and for that reason that it is very important to take good care of it.
How long should I dance for or be active for this baby to come out , his too comfy in there tmrw I'll be 40 weeks lol
Hi, I'm a pro dancer n just recently found out I'm pregnant, I have had 7 test which 1 was from the doc and all of then was positive! I'm just curious when do u guys think I should fully stop??? I haven't gone for ultrasound yet but have done the blood test (haven't received results) I think I'm roughly 7 weeks maybe even 8. not sure if I should stop ASAP or continue if some dancing but only if it wont strain the baby! what's ur opinion???
Is dancing safe like zumba and punta (honduras dance) or any of hip moving, booty shacking, dancing safe ?
Every since I found out my heart will start racing for no reason so before I go dancing I wanna make sure everything is okay because I haven't been to the doctor yet I go Tuesday but according to the pregnancy center I'm 10 weeks and 5 days today.

I had to shake hands with every dancer when she finished her dancing on stage after I tipped. Some girls briefly touched their private parts during dance so she might have very little vaginal fluid on her hands. The last thing they did on stage was to put on their panties (another time that her hands might touch her fluid). I shook hands with most girls right after they got off stage. That means I might touch residuals of their vaginal fluid.
