Ilove that show its so good. I usually watch the reruns at night I get freaked out too. I watch Criminal Minds every night and it way freaks me out too mu. Its so interesting I can't stop watching, but very scary. I watch it at night b4 i go to sleep. I fall asleep to it. They have so many things going through their minds that what if they are unable to preform like they should, then that is just one more thing that they will have to deal with and they don't think they can handle it at first. Hi, I'm in Australia too :) They just ask those questions to screen you for postnatal depression. You are not obliged to disclose anything you don't want to and they wont check you or your partners criminal history however if you have been subjected to domestic violence in the past (or don't want him present at the hospital) you should let them know as they believe previous trauma can increase the likelihood of postnatal depression.

You have to do both a working with children check and a criminal record check.. He has some violence and substance issues in his criminal history but nothing for the last 5 or 6 years, however they go back 6 years and the check goes back 10 years. Any offense warrant you to go to a tribunal and plead ur case.. but I am sure he is putting it off as he is scared of the outcome and I want to go forward asap as I am nearly 32!!
