Right now we are on cobra GHI( extension from my previous work place) but they are asking me to change to EMPIRE PPO or EPO since they will not have GHI. I did not have dental and vision coverage previously but even if I want it they are saying they cannot add it. They are also asking for a one year committment.

I was a the beach yesterday and I developed a blotchy rash on both of my ankles and some spots on my one calf. When I was young I always tanned very easily and was out in the sun a lot. As an adult I don't lay out as much and don't tan as quickly. In fact, when I do lay out, I still tan but I ankles don't tan at all. It looks really strange too. It is like I was wearing socks out in the sun. I wonder if I lost my melanin in that area and that is why I burnt yesterday.
So, I started walking in the evening (to get things going) about 2-3nights a week. Just wanted to know how long should my walks be? Would a 10-15min walk to anything. Or should it be more like 20-30mins? Or does it matter??
