It started with heart palpitations and vomiting, then i had abdominal or gas pain. stomach feels uncomfortable after eating.i went to a physician and he prescribed me zantac. i also had my blood checked for a deficiency in anything. results were norma except that i had a UTI infection. now i'm on zantac and an antibiotic. unfortunately i'm struggling with extreme fatigue upon standing, rapid heart rate some coughing and sometimes dizziness. This has been going on for three weeks.
I spend a week in Spain and since I got back to the USA, (10 days now )I have pain on my upper stomach, nauseas and headaches. I have also been very tired, dizzy and weak. This only happens sometimes (about 75 %) especially after I eat. I have stop eating because when I do, I get very sick. I went to the emergency room and they didn't find anything wrong but the doctor prescribed me Zantax. I still feel sick. I have scheduled an appoinment with a specialist but it is a week from now.
It is possible it is reflux, which is a very common complaint while pregnant. Try acid reducers such as Tums or Zantac and it should help reduce the pain if that's the problem.
Milk curdle in you and can make it worse and even make you vomit. Dr said Zantac or pepcid is safe and take tums in between. If you take zantac once in morning and once at night it works wonders!! I swear by it. I had heartburn 5 out of 7 days in first and second trimesters. Now I have it every once in a while. Also don't lie down right after eating and eat smaller meals. Good kuck!
m not completely sure why but it starts with nausea and turns into full blown stomach pain and abdominal pain and a few times I had lower back pain to go with it. I've crossed out the thought of being pregnant because I've been on the pill and lately this stomach pain has been killing my sex life. And unfortunately I'm flat broke being a full time student that I cannot afford to see a doctor and I have a hard time getting $10-$20 to visit a local walk-in clinic. Any suggestions?
t know the issues I was having was part of of depression as far as loss of interest, fatigue, neck pain, lower back pain and sadness. The stomach pain is completely new to me and It's scary! The pain is right under the breast on the left and move to the right side on and off through out the day. Doctor gave me Zantac for heartburn which is something I've never had but was told that maybe stress can cause an increase in stomach acid.
If you're at the end of your pregnancy, the problem is that as all your ligaments loosen up, so does the top closure of your stomach where it connects to your esophagus. So your stomach acid isn't held down in your stomach, and your stomach isn't very big anyway. So in that case, if you don't want to take something your best bet is just to eat more small meals. Even eat half your dinner, wait half an hour and then eat the rest. Good luck, hope you feel better!
In this condition there is pain in the stomach, nausea, cramps and often vomiting. Chemical changes precipitated by stress and anxiety can cause abdominal migraines. 2 weeks ago I had one of these experiences and i touched my lower stomach and i found a spot that was incredibly tender and felt like a sharp pain when i touched it. It's about the size of a quarter and tends to move. Sometimes it's right in the middle of my lower espohagus, sometimes its under my right or left rib cage and today it's over to the right, about 1/2" above my navel.
It's the most incredibly uncomfortable feeling.
My gosh its 5 in the morning and I can't sleep because of my heartburn. I took zantac in the after noon yesterday and I didn't take one before I went to bed. But man this is killing me it's horrible. And this baby is so freaking comfortable in my stomach. I feel like she's using my left rib as a blanket. Making mommy in pain.
On 23rd of January, I started to experience stomach upset and heaty body (37.5 deg C). Thinking that i might have too much of deep fried food, I ignored it and started to drink lots of water. The condition didn't get better on the next day which I started to feel burning sensation in my throat, mouth, esophagus as well as my eyes. My body temperature remained 37.5 deg C. I didn't go to see the doctor but instead drinking lots of water and rest.
For years and years I have been having severe upper abdominal pain (and i mean the most pain ive ever felt in my life). I got checked out at my hospital (they did an ultrasound). My syptoms were burning swelling and extreme pain in my upper abdominal area where I could feel the acid going round. I could even sometimes feel pain in my chest. This pain would intensify over 3 days.
I have a normal share of aches and pains. Less severe than others I've seen posted. Hurts of course, but nothing I can't handle. My major problems this week are heartburn - I think my baby is just out of room and pushing up on my stomach- and gagging. If I don't have a drink next to me when I cough, I just throw up. It's almost like my body's way of making me stay hydrated. For me, it's the little things that drive me nuts.
I got severe muscle cramps as side effects from that and went back to the urgent care and they gave me zantac instead. Still the same dosis of 2 /day. It all started end of June 2015. The dr eho prescribed zantac also mentioned it could come from the gallbladder but there would be no test to confirm that now (super weird reading all about it now). In September 2015 I had an egd done and the dr confirmed the gastritis. I had no ulcers and no bacterial infection.
Yeah, I am over the worst....have been for a while now. Just the sleeplessness at times. Some days I sleep well enuff and others like last night I didn't get any. But I'm fine, just hate the stomach pain and yes I can drink milk...I actually love milk so I will drink some every hr if that will keep that under control. I also took a zantac bc I thought it was my acid reflux at 1st it helps but I don't think its that......
It almost feel like a constant hunger pain. I also get a lower back pain sometimes and I dont know if there pains might be related. I don't smoke or drink alcohol alot, but I do drink 5-6 cups of coffee a day ( although I've been cutting back on cafiene for about 5 days now). Do you have any advice for me please?
So I've had acid reflux since I was about 8. I've had ulcers in my stomach and esophagus since I was 15. I've gone on bland diets for months at a time and took prilosex and zantac, nothing helped. Then I started smoking Marijuana and it's like I don't even have stomach issues. I'd get the occasional heartburn after certain foods but not horrible. I've been smoking for two years.
