Yes, I have major heartburn and really bad acid reflux. It's to the point where I will wake up to It and can't go back to bed. It really *****, I'm so hoping that wives tale Is true where It says somethin' about you having heartburn then your baby will have a full head of hair. If It's true, my baby should be comin' out with an afro of hair hahaha.

I have NEVER had heartburn this bad. It's honestly to the point where I want to cry. :'( Absolutely nothing helps, not even my prescribed medicine for it. This does go away after you have the baby, right?!

If you had a hiatus hernia, you would be feeling a burning sensation in your chest, like "heartburn", especially when you are lying down. Does it feel that way when you lie down?

Pain that starts along my jaw bone and spreads quickly to my chest (Like a really bad case of heartburn) where I have trouble taking deep breaths without pain. I break out in a sweat and feel panicy. I had terrible heartburn for several weeks. Even water hurt. I constantly felt like my throat and chest had fire in them. I tried tums and dairy but it didn't work so my Dr. told me to try Zantac 150. I purchased the cool mint and they worked wonders.

So I have major heartburn/acid reflux all the time, to the point where i can't eat sometimes. The doctor had mentioned Prilosec and another medication as being ok to take, but I forget the other one. Anyways, I went to the store to get the Prilosec and the only thing they have for Prilosec is a 14 day treatment which may not work for 1-4 days. I want something with immediate relief and wondered if the anyone took the other ones like Zantac or whatever else is out there.

This may sound like a strange question but does having a stroke hurt? Is there pain that accompanies ans ischemic stroke? The reason I ask is that my Dad died a year ago the 16th of this month (June). He "stroked out" as it is called in the vernacular. He was 18 months post quadruple bypass and 6 years post triple shunt insertion and he had also been in A-Fib for a couple of years. Naturally he was on coumadin to keep clots from forming.

Ive had aweful heartburn, tums arnt cutting it, my dr says i can take maalox but i was wondering if anyone knew a pill i could swallow for it?

I have severe anxiety issues.. and it does say that the medication (buspar) im on can cause heartburn but it burns on the right side and its not constant just kind of random pain. Is it jus my anxiety freakin me out or is it heartburn.. or is it something else i need to worry about?

smh I didnt know what was going on til I googled heartburn lol because at first I thought I was just extremely full from over eating which made my chest hurt badly. Heartburns are HORRIBLE!!!!!
