The pain sometimes radiates to the lower abdomen. Testicular pain can be due to injury, infection (Epididymitis or Orchitis) or inflammation, testicular torsion -- most common in young men between 10 and 20 years old, excessive bicycle riding, hernia or kidney or ureteric stones.
And I didn't think it was a torsion because of the nature of the injury and the testicle itself seems to be sitting exactly how it always does, also because in my online research I found lots of pain is associated with torsion. And mine is only slightly tender... Thanks agian, and I'll keep you posted. . .
I have never noticed this before and it has really spooked me. I started running again 2 afternoons ago from being on a break due to an injury. I only started running about 1 1/2 miles a day (today included) and I have proper equipment but my compression shorts are a little loose. Do you all think this could have to do with my running and maybe I just strained something? I drink about 1.5+ gallons of water a day so I'm not sure if it could be some kind of fluid leakage or what.
I was trying to feel around it to see if i could figure something out before goign to the doctor. it seems like its the top of my testicle that hurts. It felt swollen and VERY sensitive. As for the pain again, its like someone has been pinching it or i got kicked there and the botton right of my stomac hurts (sharp pain) . I have noticed it was after i saw my gf and got "blue balls" but i usually just get rid of that.

please help Swollen testicle with pain and reddish semen? My right testicle is swollen to roughly twice the size as my left. The bottom part of my right testicle is hard and smooth... I am guessing this is where the swelling is occurring There is pain in the right testicle and pain in the "strands" connecting to it. it is the same kind of pain you get when you get "racked". When I ejaculate there is a reddish/brownish color to my semen (like blood).
The skin can only respond to injury/trauma/infection/allergy/damage in limited ways. Pink to red indicates inflammation and the list of possibilities is practically endless. Since the testicles are not the same -- there is a problem. Please have your basset seen by a veterinarian. If it is just the skin of the testicle involved, he/she may do a minimum skin testing (skin impression smear, trichogram, and due to location may fore go the skin scraping).
For a week or two I was having trouble walking because my testicle was so swollen. When sitting, I had to constantly spread my legs to ease the pain. I called my doctor to ask if there was anything I could do while waiting for the urologist. He suggested I take urine and seminal fluid tests. Both came back negative. 4. The urologist did a quick check by feeling my prostate. He immediately seemed quite confident that I had prostatitis and epiditimitis.

I seem to have a swollen and very painfull testicle. I made out with my girlfriend about a week ago and she accidentally bounced on top of them twice while she was on top of me. Could my testicles be hurt or should I see a doctor? I tried jerking off to see if my sperm was not affected and looked like it had blood in it. What's wrong?

This can trigger a spasm in the muscles that attach the testicle to the spermatic cord, causing it to twist. The chances of testicular torsion are greater if the piece of tissue that hooks the testicle to the inside of the scrotum is missing, allowing the testicle to float free. Sometimes, however, no specific reason for the twisting can be found. Signs/Symptoms When the spermatic cord twists, you will feel a sudden terrible pain in the testicle.
I also train regurarly and have the same symptomps - lower back pain, swollen right testicle. A month ago I went to doctor which gave me Doxycycline. While taking Dox. I was training regurarly. I probably made a mistake but I wasn't told by doctor to stop. I finished the antibiotics but the problems still persisted. After two weeks I went back and was given Ofloxacin (1 tab eevery 12 hours), all my results - HIV, Chlamydia, Urine, STD... were negative.

I have read a lot of bad hernia repair stories, but since mine was doing so well until this sexual injury, I have to think that there is more to it. It still feels like something is torn at the side of my penis. Could this be part of the suspensory ligament, or fundiform ligament? In understand that these take a while to heal. What is the link between my hernia recovery and my penis injury??

I had an endoscopic herina repair a few years ago and i have two inguinal hernias with fat pads that have decended into the testicles. Now.. I have and may have had due to the surgery a thrombosed vein running along the spermatic cord. The swelling and pain is unbareable. Two Urologists and one surgeon and a GP all said that they did not know what do to though the ultrasound showed the thrombus and the fat pads on the CT..

However the following information would be useful. The rash could as well be due to some inherent testicular condition like a testicular lump. The causes include injury, varicocele, cysts, abscess, lipoma, fibroma, benign tumour, cancer, swollen testicle, syphilis, tuberculosis or mumps. You should not ignore the lump and consult your doctor for a complete physical examination.
Have had a swollen epididymis on the right testicle and a swollen bulge in the vas about half way up the sac. It is extremely uncomfortable always, and at times unbearable unless i am sitting in a hot bath. I also have a burning pain that runs down the side of my right leg. Im also going to physio / chiro three times a week for major back / pelvic problems but have never found out if the back pain is related to the testicle pain since they had come on at the exact same time.

My only thought is that I went from being in the gym lifting weights 4 to 5 days a week to becoming inactive due to my knee injury for several months. In that time I was mostly home bound and spent many hours in front of the computer. I can't ever recall any injuries to my left side. Everyone of my injuries were on my right. What's worse is the pain isn't always present and almost impossible to describe. It's not always under my arm, nor does it present itself the same way every time.
