thnk you i though also that i may cause some symptoms due to my anxiety i also developed a redness on my testicle (the one in the same side of the other rash. its like all my testicle is red and have a irritating sensation and a bit burning sensation. Is this also irrelevant?

3 weeks ago I found a rash on my penis. 3 days later I started having testicle discomfort, abdominal pain which led to pain in testicles some days later.
I had swollen lymph nodes in neck and groin. At worst moment I had sharp pain from testicle leading to right inguinal lymph nodes. I woke up with sweat similar to bacterial fever.
I thought it was epiditimitis due to STI. I did herpes, hiv, ghonorrea, chlamydia and Syphilis tests. All negative. I did ultrasound and no torsion or epiditimitis.
the right epididmytis was very much enlarged compared to my other one, and the testicle seemed a little swollen and a little bit harder than the other one. After about a week or two, these symptoms died off and epididmytis and testicle felt normal for about a week or so, but now it is coming back? I also just recently developed a bright reddish rash on the head of my penis...? I have had no discharge, but can now feel pain in my groin at times too.
Then 2dys after finishing abx symptoms returned with a burning in right testicle and thigh. I went to my primary dr. and diagnosed with epididymitis, given oxyflocine for 10dys, felt no relief until about 5dys into abx, finished them and 2 dys later burning in testicle and thigh returned. Went back to my dr. and prescribed 2gms zithromax and zpack, I took all the abx and symptoms virtually disappeared, with small stinging sensation in my right testicle when touched being my only symptom.

Ok so a few days ago I noticed that I was having a little pain in my right testicle. When I checked it I found that a part of the Epididymis was swollen and very tender to the touch. When applying pressure to the swollen area it was painful. The testicle itself doesn't hurt, just the swollen area. I noticed that taking a warm bath relieved the pain as well as laying down.
I keep telling myself I see a rash but the more I look I think it is just me looking way to close to my skin. My lymph nodes are still a little sore around groin with occasional quick sharp pain(usually while sitting). Also I woke up this morning with a very red and sore/raw testicle sack. I put something for chafing on it and it seems a little better. This might be due to rubbing to hard with a luffa due to stress about all of this.

Sorry if I wasn't very clear. My right lymph node in my groin is swollen. I don't think the rash ever really caused the lymph node to swell, however I'm not sure I payed it much attention before the herpes.
During my initial outbreak I had this exact same kind of pressure caused by my right lymph node in my groin being swollen. I'm currently feeling the same exact pressure and lymph node swelling as my initial outbreak.
2weeks later I started having burning sensation on top of my penis and testicle pain and itching I went and got tested every thing came back negative .....4 weeks later a got a flu like illness such as dry cough,itchy throat,sore throat, no fever,maybe fatigue, no swollen lymph nodes....
My right testicle has been swollen and I have been having pains in the testicles. I also have a red rash on the tip of my penis that is red, it fades but doesn't go away completely.
I went back to the Drs and he ignored my rash...He had me do a urine test which they found blood present. They then sent me to another lab for more testing which they haven't sent my results or called me back...
My question is should I worry since its been 8 weeks with no treatment given?
At Week 10 I started to get red rash on my legs,arms,neck, and chest which comes and goes. I get sharp testicle pain everyday (epididimis), my testicles are going sterile becuase of the virus/Infection I contracted from my encounter.
I have been to GUM clinic and they couldn't find an infection in the urine sample, I did a HIV test at week 6, and will do 3 months test in a couple of days.
It feels as if the tube below my testicle has swollen. I dont know if this is due to me worrying so much and imagining it, or if it actually is swollen. The pain is not constant and is bareable when it does come on.
Any advice on this would be appreciated. I am worried sick, cannot sleep at night and it is affecting my personal and work life.
What Std's or other infections could i have contacted?
Has anyone had this problem and have it go away by itself. If so, how long did it take to go back to normal?

My left testicle started bothering me 2 weeks ago and it got just a bit swollen. I went to the Drs last Monday a week ago and I had an std panel done and everything came back negative. That same day I was prescribed levoflaxicin just in case if there was an infection. So far my testicle still swallen and i ended up going to the er yesterday because the pain was umberable.
This past monday i noticed a lil discomfort in my left testicle when i would step up on scaffold at work. I really didnt think anything of it as i thought i was just steping up wrong an my it was barely getting squeezed between my legs cuz thats what it felt like an i didnt have any discomfort any other time. well tuesday i noticed it doing it again an when i stuck my hand in an on my sack i noticed that the left testicle was twice the size of the right one an real tender to the touch.
but anyway, because after 1 or 2 hours of erection each session, i usually feel a little pain on my testicles.... especially on the right side testicle. i wondering is this the normal pain that i should get for erecting too long with masturbating or having sex, or is it abnormal?

I had a vasectomy 2 weeks ago. My left testicle is still swollen to at least 3x bigger than normal, my right has returned to normal. I went back to the doctor after week one, he said I had an infection and put me on Celebrex & Levaquin . It's been a week and I still not seeing any improvement . Has anyone gone through this or know anything about it? I would appreciate any suggestions or comments you may have.

Since the switch I have noticed some small pimples around my hair folicules and random itching throughout body(not bad, can sleep) which occasionaly would raise after scratching. Now at this point I am fearing hiv . About mid january my left testicle started hurting and felt swollen. This time I went to my regular doctor and told him my story. He wanted to make sure it was not a kidney stone or anything so they took a pee test and said they would call if anything showed up. Not sure if they were looking for stdscg or not in my pee. A couple days later, around 6 days later a red rash with a bit of burning sensation appeared on the tip of my penis. The same day I went to the doctor and she ruled out herpes, because there weren't any sores or white pimple like things showing. So she provided a cream and within 2 days the rash was gone. It's been 12 days since and I feel like I've been loosing weight. Loss of appetite. And get hot flashes when I think something bad. I was also getting a lot of chills.
