Im pretty worried tho.. Ive gone through all options from IBS to cancer but i dont know.. It seems likely it could be a virus tho.. What do you think?

just called and said its Diverticulia(sp) and also said Bacteria in my stomach and thats what is causing the bloating and stay on Prevacid for a month.Can you tell me how you felt symptoms and how long will it take for my stomach to go down to normal.He also said to eat alot of fiber,veggies and fruit.Then if it does help to take Benefiber does this really work? I'm hoping someone can explain the Dx's alittle more because you know how fast the Drs.

The pain meds took it away and now I use the immodium, and phenegan. My doctor prescribe them because he thought I had the stomach virus. I didn't dare tell him I was going C/T. I live in a small town and it seems like everyone knows everyone else's business. Try some donnatal over the counter and see if it helps. Good luck, and you are doing great.

I was having some stomach problems a while ago and finally got some antibiotics for it. It was a Bacteria Stomach Infection, but now the symptoms are coming back and I've only been off the meds for about a month now. But now I've got slimy stool. Even when I don't have a bowel movement my anus area feels a little slimy. I still have diarrhea during unexpected times even when I haven't eaten anything and my stomach is starting to feel blotted again.

( Woke up with a sick little one today and then after lunch started getting any upset stomach headache back ache and having to have frequent regular bowel movements.
