Stomach gas throat

Common Questions and Answers about Stomach gas throat

gas

I can feel my stomach moving around after I eat, I think it may be gas. I burp a lot and a lot of the burps have a nasty taste to them. I feel like I have a lump in my throat. It's not so bad that I can't swallow but it makes me feel a bit nauseous. Sometimes after I eat I get a lot of pressure through my chest up to my throat. Like I have a lot of gas stuck in it and it makes the lump feel a lot worse. There are days when I can barely eat a thing because I feel so bad.
I assume that's because the pain is high in the stomach and up the throat channel, giving pain higher up in the chest cavity... could this result in pain n the back and shoulder? I'll guess yes in the back, no in the shoulders.
The endoscope has a narrow tube with light and camera and is entered into your throat to view your esophagus and stomach. The procedure to check-you-out is named Upper GI Series. Gastritis is inflammation of the stomach lining, and can keep your stomach in pain that surely affects your bowels and constipation. In the meantime, I can offer some suggestions to maybe work on your constipation. Buy from a supermarket or pharmacy, two mineral-oil enemas and a regular enema.
During the procedure they blew air into her stomach to inflate it!! Since then she obviously has alot of stomach gas but she has been having non stop pvcs too!! Yesterday for about 6 hours every third beat was an ectopic!! They have calmed down alot today and she is not really bothered by them but is there a connection between gas and palps? I know i tend to burb after a pvc and after eating i definitely get more.
Docs always say nothing to worry, not sick. Until I felt this bothersome gas in my throat, a disturbing sensation that has been going on for days. Literally frustrates me since people always think that everything is all in the head when I really feel so sick and discomfort makes me lose sleep.
I do not know if it is related with this at all, but i have severe stomach pains and pains in the abdomen. I have nausea all day and alot of gas coming from the stomach to the throat, especially after eating.

If your burps or gas smell like roten eggs (sulphur), try to avoid sulphur-containing foods, which are basically all animal foods except fish. Some vegetables and especially many sauces and salad dressings contain sulphur. Check for detailed list here: http://www.healthhype.com/sulphur-or-rotten-eggs-burps-belching-foul-smelling-gas.
After eating breakfast and belching for a couple of hours it usually goes away. I also gas up if I get very hungry which makes it hard to eat and get my stomach full, which makes me gas up. I take two generic Prilosec every morning which helps, but I still wake up gassed up. After I get rid of the early morning gas, I belch quite a bit the rest of the day, but at least it doesn't nauseate me. I don't pass much gas, so it all appears to be in my esophagus and stomach.
i feel that gas ball has been trapped in my stomach and i feel this gas up to my throat and due to this fullness i feel very anxious.
I have been trying to get the bottom of gas being produced in my stomach for quite some time. I constantly have an air bubble in my stomach and burp about every 5 minutes all day long. I feel full and bloated as a result and eat about 1/5 of the amount of food I used too. It doesn't seem to be caused by any foods I've eaten as it never goes away, even if I haven't eaten in 15 hours.
nausea and feeling of vomitting after eating 2. constant feeling of hunger like grumbling of the stomach and acidic feeling of throat even after I eat. 3. gas 4. I get hungry much faster and I never feel full. 5. Some pain in the upper abdominal area the doctor diagnosed it as "gastritis" and asked me to buy maalox over the counter and so I did.
Everyday for the past 5 months, I feel like gagging after I eat because my stomach gets filled with gas. I have trapped burps; they come out bit by bit, but it takes hours; I feel like I can't make correct bowel moments. I've been taking prilosec because my doctor diagnosed me with acid reflux. This was 6 weeks ago. I still have the same symptoms, even after eating more healthy. I'm becoming desperate. The pills are making me have odd dreams, I get nervous often..I just want relief.
I already take the strongest dose of Nexium for stomach acid as well as buscopan for stomach pains. HELP! Any feedback is welcomed. :) This discussion is related to belching, intractable.
I suffer from heart palpatations that I KNOW are caused by gas in my stomach/intestines, daily! I don't care that doctors are saying there is "no connection" between the two, cuz I KNOW my own body! It saddens me that they get paid to brush me off and send me home with no solutions. This is destroying my life in any and every way possible. The palps go away after I eat something to get the gas moving, or expell the gas. It really acts up when Im bloated.
Referring to your post regarding A/Fib and bloated stomach/gas, I too have had the same experience. I believe it is a mechanical effect in that the gas inflates the intestine which in turn pushes on the vagus nerve or the bottom of the heart and triggers the A/F episode. The sensation is located under the left rib cage not in the chest. I can also induce A/F by swallowing something very cold on an empty stomach. This freaks out the nerve and the A/F proceeds.
First it is entirely possible to get afib via gas bloat and other stomach and digestive tract disorders. If your stomach and digestive tract is as described then you must have inflamation. All this inflamation and bloat and gas will push up on your diaphram and surrounding areas and cause great discomfort and pain but also can press upon nerves.

I started out with a sore throat, headache,, gas, nausea, back pain upper right side.I thought that I had a severe sore throat. The Dr. prescribed antibiotics(cefuroxime). I felt worse(stomach) and stopped the medication. I had acid reflux problems three years ago and was on medication,so the Dr. thought it might be acid reflux..He prescribed Nexium(once a day) and Ranitidine (twice a day). I have been on this medication for a week. I still have bloating and gas attacks with some back pain.
One week ago, i started to feel a lot of gas in my stomach, and i had hard to burp them out. Sometimes i felt a little bit stomachache after i eat a lot, i guess this looks like gastric ulcer. Then my throat started to feel weird, i always feel something was inside of my throat and very sore feeling. After that, i had hard time breathing. It was like your diaphragm can not expand completely, and weird feeling around the lung area.
Good morning, This may sound silly, any may not even work for you depending on your condition, but when I am having a problem with gas in my stomach after a meal that I can't seem to get rid of I will usually crack open a can of sprite. I don't even need to drink the full can, just a few sips and I can usually get a good belch. As far as gas from the other end, I take some laxatives every day because of some meds that I take, so I don't seem to have a problem with that!
) They can see inside your stomach and locate problem areas no only by pictures but by the biopsies they will take. They take sample of stomach tissue and they send it to be tested. Since no one else sees a problem, I suggest you go to the tummy experts, gastronologists.
