It started with a broken tooth that got sore, then the gums, then my cheeks and tongue swelled up nd inside of mt lips, I developed a white sore on the end of my tongue and it split open from top to underneath. Really bad headaches nd now my throat is sore and my lungs are tight. I gargle and brush with baking soda and hydrogen peroxide, which keeps it somewhat under control. What do you thinK? O, and I am extremely fatigued. I almost forgot to mention that I have red spots on my palate.

Underside of my tongue and bottom of my mouth under my tongue are sore. No visible sore but it looks like the salivary glands are red.
Is it some viral thing or something else? Kind of has me worried. I've made an appointment with my regular doctor but wonder if I should be seeing a dentist instead.
i dont know if it was later that night or the next morning but i woke up with a sore tongue, like the little flap of skin at the under it has a lil whiteish bump ab the size of the tip of a pen or so, and its a little sore, like a canker sore.
she's 14 and deff isnt the kind of girl to go far, she's even told me she doesn't want to, i think she just got horny, but who knows..im hoping this sore or from making out and just using my tongue too much, like a blister..any ideas?
my doc @ trial said oragell. I used it once and gone sore mouth...However I think my sore mouth was different than your swollen tounge. So you should call your doctor and ask them what to do. And as always other's may know better than I what to do for your sore , swollen tounge :-)... Hey call your doc and see if you can try some oragell maybe and discribe your troubles .. Hi, last night I began having a strange type of pain under my tongue on the right side at the base of the mouth - the pain feels similar to a sore throat, but my throat isn't sore. I don't have a fever or swollen lymph glands. Also the pain hasn't gotten worse. I can only feel the pain if I move the tongue up or if I swallow a large amount of food. My throat doesn't have any swelling or redness or whiteness, my voice is still the same, ears are fine and gums are fine.
I have a red sore on my lingual fraenulum (the muscle that connect the tongue to the bottom of the mouth). It's been there for about a month now, on and off. Sometimes it swells and turns bright red, other times it is kind of white. I'm not sure if this is a severe canker sore, or a symptom of a type of mouth cancer. Please advise!! Over-the-counter options? Health care is expensive, so I'd rather not see a doctor. THANK YOU!!
During the day, I breathe alot through my mouth, and at night, I know I breathe almost exclusively this way. I always wake up with a dry mouth and sometimes, a sore throat which subsides later in the day. A month ago I brushed my tongue for the 1st time. A day or so later I noticed what looked like some bumps in the middle of my tongue. Concerned, I've bought a tounge brush and have been brushing once to five times a week.
The roof of my mouth near the back of my front teeth and then near a molar of mine has been feeling a little sore lately (and I keep rubbing it with my tongue so my tongue somewhat feels weird but I think its just the friction). There are no raised bumps or anything I can feel that I don't think is just my regular mouth structure. It's similar to the feeling you get when you burn the roof of your mouth.
All week Ive had a sore under my tongue...Its really small and when i brush it become like a tiny crator. It hurts really bad when i eat anything. But especially when i eat Anything with salt. During the medicine for the reflux I start to have dry mouth and toothache . The toothache went off after 2 weeks and dry mouth is start around .My tongue started to have strange and irradiated feeling like scalding tongue and the upper wall of my mouth also have irradiated feeling . Now I start to have bloated stomach .I really don't know what the main cause of this .
I've heard that you eventually get used to it but it's almost been 3w. How long should it take?
