also my g/f has been complaining with a sore back and lots of going to the toilet. would any of this sound like oral herpes, and wat would the tingling feel like. i think my lips tingel but not sure if thats what it is or whether its in my head and would my body be itching all over from o/herpes r again would that just be stress/anxiety? plus where are the lymph nodes ive read about?
Are you concerned that this might be an STD of some type? I'd continue using lip balm (make sure it's a good quality) and stay hydrated with plenty of water. A white tongue and chapped lips can be signs of dehydration. If you don't see improvement, go back for a follow up again- or to a different doctor for a second opinion.
Lately my lips have been tingling and feeling itchy... I feel a tingling and then my facelights up red in places. Last night i had a tingle on the right side of my lip and when I looked and looked and looked and looked finally there was a cut. Then i looked this morning and the tingling had gone away and there were two long very faint string like cuts next to the original cut running long ways not in the crack of my lip... I had to stare forever to see it.

However I had mouth ulcer and gum problem at that time, as well as broken lips and had a tongue sore. Also I had a small cut on my finger. But none of them was actively bleeding at that time. Two weeks later I went to see a doctor and taken a standard HIV (1 and 2) test but it came out negative. My question is:
1) What are my chances of getting HIV since I had mouth ulcer, tongue sore and gum problem?

A friend I've had sex with does have HSV-2. She has regular outbreaks, but according to her, in her genitals. She stated "when I was young" I had like a sore on my lips, but doesn't remember too clearly. About three months ago she had just one sore on her tongue, which went away in 3 days. Last year she tested twice and was told it's HSV-2.
I'm concerned as she was married for 8 years and her x-husband did have outbreak of genitals (probably HSV-2).

about a month or so ago i had performed unprotected oral sex on two different women. A week or twp later my gums became really sensitive and sore as well as my inner lip. There also seems to be soreness on my tongue that comes for a day and then goes away but comes back sometimes. The gums between my front two teeth are the most sensitive. Could this be herpes? It hasn't gone away yet but ive noticed no outbreak externally.

Usually it goes away on its own. But if it does not, then corticosteroid injections and surgical removal by scalpel or laser are done by a dermatologist. It then has to be differentiated from other mucocutaneous lesions also.
I am a female. In May I had a long, nonpainful, flat blister appear on my lower lip. No tingling. It was not visible but could be felt. Went to out of hours dr following day who gave me 10 days penicillin V and told me to get blood test for glandular fever which I did and was negative, my full blood count showed only a slightly high eosinophil count (i have eczema which may explain this) However I started getting small blisterlike sores on soft palate and tonsils which were difficult to see but can be felt with tongue and are patchy red and feel like burning and make it difficult to swallow.
I have a small worry about one time when i have been with a girl, whom i kissed like had her dry lips between my lips with gentle sucking on the lips with passing my tongue on her lips. We just had ice cream some five minutes before the kissing. During the kiss i tasted her lips a bit salty which i think was from her chapped lips or i don't know, may be the ice cream. i had no cuts or sores in my mouth or lips or tongue.

whats that? I'm just curious... Is it normal?
I'm sorry to hear about your diagnosis. Hpv is never fun. What you describe in your tongue and lips certainly don't sound like hpv, and I can't give an opinion. Have you been screened for hsv? The only STD I'd be aware of that sounds close to that's would be hsv.
