So I understand protein in urine during pregnancy is not a good sign. I read up on something mentioning pre-eclampsya. But what I dont understand is I dont have high.blood pressure. Can it be possible to have it but with normal blood pressure?

You may also need 24 hours urine test, random protein to creatinine ratio to check the kidney status and a serum and urine protein electrophoresis test to determine which proteins are being excreted and in what quantities. Hey, I had protein in my urine with my last pregnancy n had to do the 24 hr urine. Come to find out I had preeclampsia. This pregnancy they found a trace of protein n I had to do the 24 hr urine n blood work but I didn't have preeclampsia this pregnancy.
