oatmeal, white rice, bananas, white toast,
applesauce, canned fruit such as peaches and pears (avoid the skins), plain pasta, cream of rice cereal, and plain unsweetened graham crackers. Lie down in between meals. REST and take care of yourself. If you get a very high fever, take some Tylenol. If that doesn't bring the fever down, go to the ER. Most flu viruses will run their course between 5 to 10 days. If it gets worse, call your doctor or go to a Ready Care Clinic.
