I eat lots of leafy green vegetables. When possible I eat organic foods. I don't eat prepared foods. Making these changes, and adding exercise, has resulted in dramatic weigh loss and dramatic improvement is how I feel.
Again, I just said I wouldn't use it, for several reasons, one of which is the soil organisms, another is I don't trust the company hype, another is I don't take super food combinations that contain too many foods in them. The body can't digest that many foods at one time very efficiently. Algae is hard enough to digest by itself, let alone with twenty other foods in there. I alternate one at a time. Right now I'm taking barley grass. When that's done, I'll do spirulina.

Eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, eat lean meats like chicken and fish (especially those high in omega 3's like salmon and mackerel), cook and prepare meals with olive oil in it, enjoy lots of whole grain foods with natural fiber in it. Drink plenty of fresh clean water every day. Avoid refined sugars, saturated fats, smoking, alcohol and drugs (obviously). Get plenty of rest and sleep as well as you can. Manage stress effectively, don't get worked up over every little thing.
It appears to be run by Doctors. They have a lot of good info on facts, not marketing schemes. I chose the non because I cannot visit Las Vegas, but I have lost 4 1/2 lbs in about a week. I contacted my Doctor and she said it looked safe, and a good slow positive way of keeping it off. They are called Trim Care. Always trying to help pass on good info if it helps others who are constantly arguing in this forum.
I'm really trying to limit my sodium intake, so when I go grocery shopping I make sure I pay special attention to sodium on the nutrition facts. I want to ask how can you calculate sodium from something you eat? If I buy a box of poptarts for example and it says 30MG, does each poptart have 30mgs of sodium or is that the amount for the whole box in all? Also is I buy a red baron pizza and it says 800mgs of sodium how do u calculate how much sodium in eating if I only eat 2 slices?

The problem with canned food for male neuter cats is that the content of salt is tooooooooo high and also makes them developed urinary problems, of course pet brand foods will tell you anything you want to hear. And no, friskies is the worst possible food you can give your cat.

AND, as I already mentioned it is more difficult for the liver to process whole foods, so cooked foods and juice are easiest on it. Also, regarding sugar - all diabetic sites will tell you that though fruit has sugar, it is more healthy to eat fruit when diabetic than not, b/c the fiber content from plant foods actually assists your natural insullin processes. Tropical fruits have a much higher sugar content (like banans, mangos, etc...) so when choosing fruit, keep that in mind.
Besides sugary foods and liquids simple carbohydrates are one of your worse enemies. The sugars in these foods are quickly absorbed into your blood stream. I have a crazy friend who thinks he knows everything, and he told me that when a man ejaculates, he will feel tired based on the kind of nutrition he gets daily.
