I eat lots of leafy green vegetables. When possible I eat organic foods. I don't eat prepared foods. Making these changes, and adding exercise, has resulted in dramatic weigh loss and dramatic improvement is how I feel.
Again, I just said I wouldn't use it, for several reasons, one of which is the soil organisms, another is I don't trust the company hype, another is I don't take super food combinations that contain too many foods in them. The body can't digest that many foods at one time very efficiently. Algae is hard enough to digest by itself, let alone with twenty other foods in there. I alternate one at a time. Right now I'm taking barley grass. When that's done, I'll do spirulina.

Eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, eat lean meats like chicken and fish (especially those high in omega 3's like salmon and mackerel), cook and prepare meals with olive oil in it, enjoy lots of whole grain foods with natural fiber in it. Drink plenty of fresh clean water every day. Avoid refined sugars, saturated fats, smoking, alcohol and drugs (obviously). Get plenty of rest and sleep as well as you can. Manage stress effectively, don't get worked up over every little thing.
It appears to be run by Doctors. They have a lot of good info on facts, not marketing schemes. I chose the non because I cannot visit Las Vegas, but I have lost 4 1/2 lbs in about a week. I contacted my Doctor and she said it looked safe, and a good slow positive way of keeping it off. They are called Trim Care. Always trying to help pass on good info if it helps others who are constantly arguing in this forum.

For this list I have, gotten a list from the doctor, gotten a list from a nutritional site, gone through our kitchen,and gone through two common restaurants nutrition facts listed on their sites. Where I have gotten the facts from other sites, I have the site listed. If you know of other foods that you have that are about 20 grams of fat, feel free to post comments with them. The problem with canned food for male neuter cats is that the content of salt is tooooooooo high and also makes them developed urinary problems, of course pet brand foods will tell you anything you want to hear. And no, friskies is the worst possible food you can give your cat.

We don't know a lot of information on this disease and the internet just gives you facts. I am wondering what this means personally. He has flare ups with blood in his stool, weakness, nausea, abdominal pain and cramping. And he is scared and just looking for advice and wondering what this disease really is all about. Thanks!

AND, as I already mentioned it is more difficult for the liver to process whole foods, so cooked foods and juice are easiest on it. Also, regarding sugar - all diabetic sites will tell you that though fruit has sugar, it is more healthy to eat fruit when diabetic than not, b/c the fiber content from plant foods actually assists your natural insullin processes. Tropical fruits have a much higher sugar content (like banans, mangos, etc...) so when choosing fruit, keep that in mind.

I have a crazy friend who thinks he knows everything, and he told me that when a man ejaculates, he will feel tired based on the kind of nutrition he gets daily. I eat well enough, but I was told that I need to up my protein intake to compensate for the loss during protein strand evacuation. so much for trying to have avoided this whole time. i was drinking SO much bottled water throughout the entire pregnancy. anyways, im wondering about a safe alternative. are there safe bottled water that wont leach things into the water? are filtration systems really better? shoot might as well take one of domincs bpa free bottles and drink out of that.
