Again, I just said I wouldn't use it, for several reasons, one of which is the soil organisms, another is I don't trust the company hype, another is I don't take super food combinations that contain too many foods
in them. The body can't digest that many foods
at one time very efficiently. Algae is hard enough to digest by itself, let alone with twenty other foods in there. I alternate one at a time. Right now I'm taking barley grass. When that's done, I'll do spirulina.
