no contractions before labor

How did you mamas feel right before labor? I've been having around two contractions an hour but my water is still intact, I am not dialated, and he hasn't dropped.I had my dialation checked two nights ago so that might've changed.

How did you mommies feel before you went into labor?

What were some of your guys signs or symptoms you had before you went into labor?

With my first I didn't have contractions until a few days before I went into labor. Give it time.

this might be a weird question but has anyone ever known of labor just being spontaneous or has anyone ever got really nauseous before their labor started like right before?

I've been having contractions all night long. About a min or so long. But they aren't close enough together and still kinda far apart. I lost my mucus plug yesterday and though I know it could be up to weeks before I go into labor.. I don't know if these are real contractions, braxton hicks or my body getting me ready. Any of you ladies have advice on what this might be?

For those of you that have already had a baby did you get sick before going into labor? I've been sick all day extremely nauseous was having regular contractions earlier but never got close enough together to go to hospital and then they went away.

They are called braxtion Hicks contractions. False labor contractions, it's your body preparing for labor. Feel free to Google and read up on it.

Felt nauseous all morning and finally threw up at 1. Tried taking a bath before I got sick but its not helping. I am still having contractions maybe 10 minutes apart. Some are stronger then others. I feel lots of pressure but water has not broke and I don't think I have lost my plug. I'm 38&3 weeks. I just can't get over this nauseous feeling...

I had diarrhea for a couple weeks up until I went into labour, including the day labour started. When I first got it, I got all excited because I thought labour was coming soon because I had heard it was a sign.

Typically your labor starts before your water breaks.. Less then 10% of women's water breaks on it's own before labor. I'm on child number 3 and never has my water broke b4 labor began.

so I'm 36+3 and I all the sudden, out of nowhere started feeling sick to my tummy with some braxton hicks, I have a sour tummy... Feels like I have to puke and poop and I'm all sweaty. Just wondering if any ladies got sick like this before going into labor? I know my mom said she didn't know she was in labor with me because she just didn't feel good.

ll know, it might take a few contractions before it sinks in though. My first few contractions woke me up from sleep, it felt like I had to go to the bathroom, like a really bad stomach ache. I went to the bathroom 4-5 times before realizing they were contractions, and they never stopped til I gave birth! You're 35 weeks already?!? Man that flew!!

Try miralax or colace, those are the 2 my Dr has had me try. I prefer colace since its a pill not a drink mix but it seems to help me out. And your bowels won't always "cleanse" themselves before labor. With my first I was constipated terribly the whole pregnancy all the way through delivery, never had the loose bowels they say you should so don't get concerned if you don't either. Everyone is different. Good luck!

Just curious as to see what some of you ladies felt right before labor actually started. I'm getting the BH contractions and have been for a few days now.. Not steady, but frequent... How long did the BH last for any of you and how can you tell if you're getting close (if there's a way to tell at least).
