I had started seeing a neurologist in 2000 for really bad headaches and tingling in my arm hands, legs and feet. After several years with them they did some bloodwork on me and told me I needed to see a rheumatologist. I have been seeing a rheumotologist for what have been rheumatoid arthritis symptoms since April of 2006. My doctor recently did a dexa scan on me which came back that I have severe osteoporosis. I am 49. I have been on blood pressure medicine since 2006.
I have had recurrent kidney stones since 2000 in 2001 I finally was told that I have Medullary Sponge Kidneys the problem is that in the last 2 months I have passed at least one stone a week and I am sick of being in continuous pain. The ER won't do anything but give me pain medicine and sometimes treats me as if I am just a seeker of drugs.

So, I don't think you could do it without getting medical intervention to make it smaller first, since yours is 16 mm.
As you have had/still have calcium oxalate stones, your risk of getting more kidney stones is much increased. Avoid the foods mentioned and browse the web for more information on oxalate rich foods that you should avoid or eat less of. It is also very important to always stay well hydrated. Your urologist may have advised you to drink 2 litres of fluids (4 pints) during the day, more if you are doing exercises that make you sweat or perspiring in hot weather.
Has anyone had kidney stones during your pregnancy and what did the pain feel like. I went to the hospital earlier and was sent home and told I was just experiencing round lig pain but I'm a bit skeptical of that verdict because it lasted for hours and the pain was so intense. I didn't test positive for a uti either but idk what to think. I dont have bloody urine but i swear i peed out something resembling a small pebble earlier too.
but as he was not giving medicine for the cure of stone and he was also saying that treatment is not available in that hospital i left the IVP test. Now what should i do. Size of stones are 10.9 mm in right kidney and 7.9 mm in left kidney (both in mid pole region)
A copy of ultrasonography report is attached here.and other reports were normal except urin test in which 10-12 cells/HPF of RBCs were found.

Am worried abt my wife during her tests found TSH ultrasensitive - 7.268 uIU/mL, haemoglobin 10.80 g/dl, Cyst of size 4.7x3.2 cm at left ovary & a calculus of size 4.2mm is also seen at mid ole of left kidney.
Am realy concern about my wife & for my first baby (7 weeks), please help me.

I don't know where you live but there's likely to be a TCM practitioner someplace near you if you live near a city or a good sized town. It involves a whole body assessment from an eastern perspective, acupuncture, if possible, and specific herb combinations depending on what his/her findings are. I wish you the best. I have had kidney stones for about 5 years and I have been to the ER and doctors at times due to intense pain that at times cripples me because im not able to move. The doctors say that the stones are about 2mm and will eventually pass but I still have them after 5 years. I was prescribed vicodin for the pain but those have huge side effects on me. I suggest to them about having surgery either laser or the sonar that breaks them up but they say no.
