My grandmother always told me a tablespoon of baking soda with a glass and half of
water (about 12 ounces, but I would do about 16 ounces or 2 cups of
water to dilute it more) will help. She used that during her whole pregnancy. I can not stand the taste of it at all. Antacids stopped working for me. I heard pickle juice will help ease the pain too. Also try not eat or drink anything at least 2-3 hours before you lay down for bed. Hope you feel better!
