I have been suffering from pyrosis for the last 6 years. Some white dandruff on my scalp, and now it starts spreading in my ears. During winter it increases at very fast speed. I consulted 4-5 dermatologists and I also consulted many ayurvedic treatments, but still not working I don't know what to do if anyone can help.

The one on my shoulder is slowly going away.

im 32 weeks and I haven't had any heartburn at all. I've heard that when you do have it that means your baby has a lot of hair. If you don't then your baby is bold. Has anyone not have heartburn but their child came out with hair??

According to a research study released back in 2007 or 2008 heartburn signals that whatever produces hair for the baby is present. You can google the article. It's not 100% just more likely.

Ugh, yes. I had this type of heartburn. It was so painful. I had to watch what I ate. And drank. I made sure that I didn't eat or drink very much long before I was going to lay down. I would eat grapes for a snack as I got less heartburn with that. I ate tums lke they were going out of style. But it's hard. Thankfully it will be over in a few days for you hon.

ll have blonde hair or brown. Blonde is dominant for his side of the family (but eventually turns dark. He'll be 20 this year and it's looking more dirty blonde than ever) and my family all have dark brown hair.

Not sure if what I'm feeling is heartburn or baby pushing on my organs. I get this near constant feeling like I'm choking or have something stuck in my throat. I'm 31 weeks, so I'm partially figuring that it's the baby pushing on my organs, but I'm still really concerned. This feeling makes it hard for me to eat, makes it hard to breathe, and makes the already difficult task of sleeping even harder.

I am thinking this is just a bout of heartburn, though I have never had it or known "what heartburn was like". I just took my medication with milk and nothing is really going on. Perhaps it is the food I am eating that is causing the heartburn. The next time this pain happens, for fun I am going to try an ant-acid tablet to see if it truly is heartburn.

According to Babycenter there is an ingredient in pineapple called Bromelain that helps to thin your cervix, but there is such a small amount you would need at least 7 fresh pineapples to do anything (juice and canned would not work because the processes involved destroy the bromelian) but they warn you at the same time that consuming that much pineapple is not very safe because its very acidic and will likely just end up giving you heartburn and and diarhea.

Now, I do have acid reflux but it was not heartburn I really panicked there and started to think this is it I am having a heart attack..Ι got a coca cola and started burping. But I have never felt tight chest before so worried. Didn't have any other symptoms with the tightness and pulse / oxygen etcc was very normal. should I go to the cardiologist again?? I have been having constant heartburn for the past 3 weeks feeling very tired and waking up feeling a little sick but then I had my period like usual on the 16th Feb. usually my period is heavy for the first few days waking up with a very full pad and lasting 6/7 days this time is has been alot lighter and after day 3 just occasional spotting. t really changed, though I should probably cut out more fat and spicy foods. So, could it be heartburn or could my thyroid be inflamed? It got worst after I started my ATD treatment. I asked my Endo about it and was advised to not take my meds for a day to see if there was a difference. There was a slight difference but when I went back on the meds, it gradually got worst again. I'm not sure what it is. Should I pursue this with my Endo or family doc?

Hi this is to anyone who has experience like I'm having or to any medical perfctional who can tell me what might be going on. On April 14th I had a lil misshap with my fiancé I took plan b. I've only had to take plane b once before thankfully! And on the 15th I had very slight cramping as well as the 16th. On the 17th I started to get a white milky discharge still slight cramping on the 18th there was the same thing mixed with brown tinged blood.

If you get a lot of heartburn it means your baby will have a lot of hair when born. Is this a tale or a fact?

Hi all, i had a bad reflux few weeks ago and had a globus sensation after. I had visited a doctor who prescribed me with some omeprazole. Recently, my globus sensation may one appear after i have a meal and be gone after a few hours. Sometimes, when i have little for my meals, there will not be this sensation. However, no matter how small my meals are, I'll still burp a lot and have some refluxes. Now i am lossing appetite and weight. And also, I have slowly developed sore throat.

I am only twelve, but I feel like I've been having heartburn for a year or two. Whenever I run or eat unhealthy foods, I feel a stabbing feeling in my chest. I can hardly run in a school jog a thon now. Being as it may with heartburn, I also have femoral anterversion. Once again, I am of age twelve. Can you be so kind and help me? Thank you.
