Fall of last year I switched from the birth control pill to the Depo shot in hopes of eliminating side effects. Initially I had no issues with the shot, but in November I became very ill, caught the flu, and my health plummeted. I was sick until February. I lost 10 pounds, was so tired I could hardly function, and on top of everything I ended up with BV.
Probably should see your gyn if this continues, sounds like a yeast infection, the cramps are no doubt due to the period trying to start.
Is there any chance you could be pregnant?
Anyone ever take fluconazole 150mg oral pill for a yeast infection in their first trimester. I phoned a pharmacist and he said it was fine and all the research I've done says as long as it's not in high doses the baby should be ok, but I am having some major anxiety.
I get the symptoms for a couple of days and then they go away and come back a couple of days later. I have taken Fluconazole over 5 times. I obviously don't go to the doctor every time I feel something because my medical bill would just be insanely high. I went to the gyno again in April and she prescribed me a 10-day dose of Boric Acid which seemed to work.After the treatment finished I continued my everyday life and began to be sexually active again.

i m really worried wheather 2 continue this pregnancy as effect of the tab lasts for 7 days in blood and medical literature i reffered 2 shows that even a single tab fluconazole taken during pregnancy has left to birth defects. but i read on ur site that first 18 days of conception baby is resistant to harm ful effect of drugs n radiation.
I have been going through this for nearly 4 years now, infected with candida glabrata. So It has been around 3-4 weeks and I still having symptoms. First I was taking Nystatin then my Doctor prescribed me Fluconazole. While I was taking this medications I felt like it was only preventing it from getting worse and not actually addressing the root cause. Just a couple days ago I stopped taking Fluconazole and my tongue and lips again started to get swollen.
I have also been taking pro-biotics and have been eating natural yougurt.
Hi, I'm 23 years old and I was suppose to start my period on June 1 and today is the 8th and nothing came. I have never been late before except when I was pregnant years ago. I have never been on birth control so I'm wondering what other possible reasons could I be late for my period. I am not stressed and I don't have any symptons of being pregnant(at least not with my first child). I took two pregnancy test yesterday which came back negative.

Hi i have been on birth control almost 6 months now. And i bleed for 2 weeks every period. The first week its just a brown mild red spotting because im still on birth control and then the second week when im on the brown pill is when i actually get the full on effect of my period. Today i got my period again and im still not done with my normal birth control so i decided to skip to the brown pills this week and start a new pack once my brown pills are done.
Can I get birth control without having an exam? I want birth control to regulate my period. I have never been sexually active but my period can go for 5-9 days not heavy or light flowing. It also has a range of 21-30 days in between periods. I do NOT like to be touched and have never had a successful relationship because of it.
