estradiol blood test

I just had my 2nd blood test post a 3 day fresh transfer. In the past three days my beta increased from 186 to 534, but my progesterone and estradiol both dropped. Progesterone went from 93 to 73.3 and estradiol went from 520 to 503. Should I be concerned? I'm 15 days post-transfer. Thanks.

Did that specifically test your hormones or were those results from the CA-125 blood test?

I'm seeing an RE for my recurrent m/c. In doing some testing, I had some blood work done yesterday along with a baseline u/s to look at my ovaries and uterus. My results were: E2 (Estradiol) was 38.7 (needs to be under 100) FSH (Follicale Stimulating Hormone) was 8.1 (needs to be 12.5 or less) Is 38.7 too low?

I took a saliva test to test my Estrogen levels (Estradiol) and I'm confused about the results. I'm sure its just a conversion thing but I can't seem to find any information on it. I have read that a normal Estradiol range for men is between 20 pg/ml and 40 pg/ml, however my numbers look a little different and I'm not sure how to compare.

Did they test your Estradiol? Estradiol can suppress fsh, so that could be why you fsh was so low. From what I understand cysts sometime increase Estradiol. I currently have a cyst, but my Estradiol came back under 50 with was good. I have a high fsh, between 18-20, but one cycle it was 5 and my Estradiol was 80 which meant it was suppressing my fsh. Hope you get some answers!

Hi, if the result is 3rd day bloodwork test? TSH is Cumulative Thyroid Function Test, reference level is within 0.40 - 4.00 mu/L, ESTRADIOL is E2, if is 3rd, then should be <100 pmol/L, yours is fine. FSH <10 is good. Can't read yours of 5/5/2010. In general, at your age, the result is very good. I had one 3rd day done in March this yr with the similar result. But definitely need ur dr to explain as they all have different ideas of even the same numbers. Hope it helps.

Hello, we did a fresh IVF 01/16 and I did my blood test 8dp5dt came back 332 and 10dp5dt came back 501. The nurse called and left me a message saying so sorry that this cycle is not going as we planned. I am waiting to hear back but from what I see my levels went up...what am I missing?????? Many of my old blood test from the past show low rates of MCV in my blood. These are my recent thyroid results done by my therapist. T3 Uptake 34.3 Thyroxine (T4) 5.1 FTI 4.4 TSH 1.68 Free T4 0.61 She is concerned about the FTI. I also have had tests in the past where over the years my MCV is elevated. TSH 1.88, FSH 7.1, prolactin 24.4, and estradiol 46.4. My MD said after the first test that the results indicated decreased ovarian reserve due to the FSH level. After the second test, he said only that even though my FSH level was normal, it "still doesn't bode well for pregnancy". That is all that I was told. Any thoughts? t get my a1c down, and tirosint for thyroid disease. My question is this...the prometrium and estradiol are causing my blood sugars to stay high, as well as make me very tired, as well as making me gain weight. I walk briskly at least 1 hour to 1 1/2 hour daily. I watch what I eat, low sugars, etc. I'm very active, watching my 18 month old grand daughter, I'm NOT a couch potatoe. I am feeling so out of balance! Any suggestions?

I have PCOS and for the last couple months, I was introduced to Letrozole. Up until this month during my Follicle check, I was told that the cycle was not as successful as the others. My RE prescribed me Menopur and took 2 vials the following day = 150ml. After taking the Menopur, I was asked to get labs done a day later. My FSH 6.2, my LH 11.3, and Progesterone 0.5. I'm waiting on my Estradiol results. Can someone please tell me these mean and what they should be during each cycle?
