I am a 26-yr-old female and for the past couple weeks I have been experiencing some pain in the left side of my chest. At times, it will come on suddenly, as though there is a giant bubble that won't pop and is so painful its hard to breath. It usually last a min or two. Most of the time, there is just a dull pain that continues in that area and sometimes spreads to the shoulder and upper arm. I am concerned because it is becoming more frequent but I am not sure what it is.
I been having a chest pain for three days, but it usually pain for 2 hours. Although i have experience these pain before from the past, it usually come and go. But today i have a hard time to digest food, and my stomach feel weird. My whole body is working fine, legs and arm are both function normal, it just that my chest is feeling pain and my body is not digesting food today. So i don't know what is going in on. Please let me know what this is, thank you.
3 months back, while eating a meal, I accidentally suppressed a burp. Ever since I have been having these symptoms:

He is 28 years old, and for the past 5 or 6 years, about once every three months he would get this severe chest pain with acid reflux where it feels better when he leans forward and it hurts to lay down in bed at night... he almost has to do so sitting up. Well during the past year, it has gotten worse, where it shows up about once a month and lasts about 4 or 5 days.
I have chest pain for a week now. The pain is in the middle to left side and it also hurts on the side below the underarms. My back sometimes hurt too. I had my blood work done and my cholesterol is high, triglycerides is high, LDL is high, HDL is 59.46mg/dl, VLDL is high, CHOL/HDL ratio is high, uric acid is high. I had some chest pain before but i just had it for a day but now I am experiencing it for about a week now and it last for about 5 to 10 minutes or 5 to 15 minutes.
For the past 5 days I have been experiencing severe chest, neck, arm and jaw pain. On Christmas Eve it got so bad I had my husband take me to the ER. They did an EKG, chest xray, and blood work and all was normal. I was told to follow up with my reg Dr. I saw reg Dr yesterday and am scheduled for a Thallium Stress test this Thursday morning. I explained that it seems to get better if I can burp (really big burp) and it also seems to happen most when laying down.
s like I spasm and pull air in and then burp. I burp a lot. I have acid. I have bouts of chest pain. I get acid so bad I have pain in my center chest area like I will die. I don't have pain in the gall bladder area.
Actually chest pain or angina type pain can be a gall bladder symptom and also burping and gas. Ever heard of someone who has a gallbladder attack and thought they were having a heart attack? Happens all the time. The pain in some can be very similar.

It gets worse after food or any drink that isnt water sometimes I burp and it hurts in my chest and I burp up stomach acid.. My stomach is bloated most of the time.. wearing a girdle seems to ease my symptoms also.. My grandmother has a peptic ulcer, I dont know if thats hereditary, I have a couple sousins who take medicine for IBS also.. Im just wondering if anyone knows what these symptoms are and if they are related to the medicine or the diet or if it might be a medical condition..
My symptoms went away and came back stronger my chest was hurting so bad so I went back to the ER and this time they said I had anxiety so they gave me xanex and my symptoms got a little better but then all of a sudden I got real sick again I could not even get out of bed my back, chest and under arm and left rib cage was hurting so bad my blood pressure was up so I went back to the hospital because I have no insurance and this time they said I had a urinary tract infection and called my chest
then all at once it came back but now i get the shakey, lightheaded, feeling, pain under my left rib cage, fullness in the middle of my chest, lump feeling in my throat, and sometimes that acidy taste when i burp in my throat and mouth, along with the heavy chest feeling and racing heart. i take zantac 150 now maybe itll work. idk... just wondering if anyone else feels this way or am i going crazy or is it something else. also i have lots of gas that seems to come and go from time to time.
when I eat big meals i get high bp and high pulse rate. I get no chest pain when exursise plus i burp a lot. im currently taking omeprazole. and it did help my chest pain a lttle bit tums dont really help me i weigh 240 and am around 5 foot 6. I also burp after meals and ive had acid backwash duriing the night one time. please help!!!!!!!!
Hi yeahh I am a women and I am 18 years old. I feel pressure usually in my left breast and pain on the side of it like under my armpit sometimes. This pain is also on the right but not as much pressure there. It stays for a little and then it goes away. Usually when I am preoccupied with something I usually don't have it. I did just get over my period a week ago. I have been diagnosed with panic attack disorder. I have never taken any medicine for it.
I thought I had air in my chest...so of course I tried to burp to get it out. That was a no go. I’ve never had heartburn so everyone says that’s what it is. But:::~~>when I’m laying down it seems not to be that bad but as soon as I get up n move round or bend over omg my chest feels like it’s in fire I can’t tske a deep breath bc my chest get tight n breath is short.
I am sixteen years old. A while ago i had a sharp pain inn my chest, sort of in my sternum. It hurt while i was breathing or sometimes while just sitting there. It eventually turned into a sharp pain in the bottom of my throat, and eventually into a sore throat then went away without knowing what it was. This lasted about a month and i forgot about it. Today i noticed a sharp pain while i was breathing. It hurts my whole chest but starts in the sternum.
I have been having chest pain for maybe 4 months now, it was almost continuious for the first 3 months...feels like a heavy pressure on my chest, and at times it feels like a squeezing or even a massive throbbing inside the upper center of my chest, it does NOT get worse with exercise, and I have a very high exercise tolerance for my weight (250 lbs 5'10, 30 y/o male), but I can do cardio all day with a peak pulse I can go to 180 bpm without any increased chest pain.....
The issues are much worse whenever I try to do aerobic exercise, unless I can do it on a completely empty stomach, the gas pushes up into my chest and causes significant discomfort. Immediately when I jump in the water to swim, I feel the gas pushing upward (buoyancy). It causes such discomfort than I can't do these activities. After a long while, I'll burp maybe 5 times in a row, and I'll feel fine.
