Avatar m tn Fish seems OK, but in USA here most fishes are farm raised (including salmon), which means lots of GMO added - probably not good as well. Dairy products are not good for us. It leaves us only one choice - Eggs? Can we eat egg (chicken is also farm raised)? I know beans are healthy, but again, in USA almost all beans are GMO. It is vary hard to find organic beans here, including Tofu. If we stop eating all of them, where do we get our daily protein? Many thanks in advance!

There is sugar (lactose) in dairy foods along with protein which our bodies breaks down to glucose to use. I realize it is not the ‘traditional’ food sources of carbohydrates, however, if she is consuming these foods daily, then she is getting carbohydrates. If you are very concerned, suggest increase the intake of the above foods.
