Start of by calculating the amount of protein you require per day, cut out the carbohydrates and try to
eat more healthy fats. You will still end up eating
carbohydrates trough vegetables and fruit, but not trough bread, pasta etc. But those that are in the fruit and vegetables are complex carbohydrates, which are good. Try having 5 small meals per day, set apart 2.5hours / 3hours. Also, whenever you feel like you want a snack, eat some fruit instead of junk food.
