Avatar f tn This is something to be careful with. You have to know how to use it, and it's really only for serious athletes particularly bodybuilders. By itself it's not for gaining weight, it's to help build muscle in people doing intense workouts. Too much creatine in the system isn't good for you, so if you don't know what you're doing and you're not working out fairly hard, I don't see why you'd want to take it.

Avatar f tn Good sources of fiber are fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. Low carbohydrates and a good protein diet will help too. You need to do aerobic exercises like jogging, swimming or cycling. Drink plenty of water. Avoid aerated drinks, alcohol etc. Hope this helps. As far as losing weight, it really all comes down to calories in and calories out. If your weight is staying steady, it is likely that you are consuming and spending an amount of calories per day that sustains your current weight. To lose, you will have to consume less and/or spend more.
