OTC bendryl helped a little with sleep, as did a glass of good old moo juice
. Sometimes the simple things help. I also did a mind game, especially at night, of going to a happy place. I have talked about this on other threads, where I built a boat in my mind, piece by piece, rib by rib, etc. Tylenol PM has benedryl in it, so you may want to try this. If you can do without ANY drug, OTC or not, that's great.
